Guest wrestlingbs Posted February 13, 2004 Report Posted February 13, 2004 Tonight, Thursday at 11:00 PM, Stan Lee's "Stripperella" made it's no-so-grand return with a new episode and apparently a new animator. It didn't recieve even half the buildup it got the first time it premiered (Gee, maybe because all the shows bombed and were canceled), and I only found out about it by flipping channels between SD. To be honest, the show has gotten better. The writing's a bit better, and the animation has taken a major overhaul, losing the dark edges and "Batman-esque" look. The colorful new look at least fits the show, although I question how long it is really going to last. The show is about as racy as a Vince Russo Raw, circa 1998, and most of the jokes are really corny. What did you think about it?
Guest Man Of 1,004 Modes Posted February 13, 2004 Report Posted February 13, 2004 Ugh, back again? I don't even think I watched any of the three new animation shows they did on Spike TV, and seemed like all were canceled in a month.
Guest Frank_Nabbit Posted February 13, 2004 Report Posted February 13, 2004 Pamela being on Leno 2 nights ago allowed me to rub one off, so she's served her purpose for the week

Guest Salacious Crumb Posted February 13, 2004 Report Posted February 13, 2004 Ugh.... why does this show get chance after chance when they couldn't get Gary the Rat off the air fast enough.
Guest EQ Posted February 13, 2004 Report Posted February 13, 2004 Gary The Rat was pretty funny. I didn't care for the new Ren & Stimpy
dubq Posted February 13, 2004 Report Posted February 13, 2004 Pamela being on Leno 2 nights ago allowed me to rub one off, so she's served her purpose for the week How sad for you..
