nl5xsk1 0 Report post Posted February 20, 2004 Ha ha ha ha ha .... ha ha ha ha ... I bet Henson doesn't last 10 WEEKS as a starter. "Andre Ware & Todd Marinovich, have you guys met Drew Henson yet? He just got hired, we're going to start him on French Fries, but if he continues to show spunk, we might move him up to the drive-thru" sayeth the day-manager at the local McDonalds. 2GOLD 0 Report post Posted February 20, 2004 And more in the "Is this guy serious?" catergory, Clarett showed up out of shape for the workouts and combines. So again, tell me why a KID who didn't finish one full season at Ohio State and who hasn't been doing anything the last year to stay in football form deserves to be a pick in the first four rounds? USC Wuz Robbed! 0 Report post Posted February 20, 2004 I would laugh if no one drafted Clarett and OSU doesn't let him back on the team.
MrRant 0 Report post Posted February 20, 2004 Remember... the only guaranteed part of most (if not all) NFL contracts are the signing bonuses. 10 years essentially means nada in the NFL.
2GOLD 0 Report post Posted February 20, 2004 I would laugh if no one drafted Clarett and OSU doesn't let him back on the team. Then that stupid judge would probably order the NFL sign him because he deserves to be on an NFL. Or she would order that Ohio State must reinstate him or they must pay him such amount of money. Youth N Asia 0 Report post Posted February 21, 2004 Doesn't matter really. The NFL can cut you as they please and get out of paying a contract...as long as they don't give him a huge signing bonus there's no real loss.
