The first ever episode of ESPN Classic's Cheap Seats featured Mid South Wrestling. The show is hosted by Randy & Jason Sklar and is almost a MST3K for sports.

The show features matches and interviews featuring Ted Dibiase, The Great Kabuki, The Iron Shiek, Kerry Von Erich, Jim Garvin, Bob Orton Jr., and various others and is taken from a few shows in 1980.

I thought the show was great (and fucking hilarious with the Sklars) and was wondering if anyone else saw it.

The best line was "Mid South...back when wrestling had regions and Triple H was only just H... heck... a lowercase 'h' at that".

The two are very mark-ish in their talking about nicknames, wrestling outfits, selling, and interviews...but good stuff nonetheless.

Next week on the show they are doing the Stanford/California game that had the crazy TD run at the end where the Stanford Band came on the field.

The show is on Wednesday nights, but not sure what time.
