I orignally had "funny" as always, but figured I'd have to explain in more depth like I am right now. He was indeed rambling on, but obviously he thought it was important. I missed the first 10 minutes of the show, so I think I missed the reference he made to the earlier guy, so I didn't fully understand what he was talking about.
