WCW NEWS & NOTES

The tag team of Thunder & Lightning have been released from their contracts with World Championship Wrestling. We wish them all the best in their future endeavors.

We are currently in negotiations with former WCW United States Champion, Scott Hall. Although Kevin Nash and Syxx-Pac are already part of our organization, we have no plans to bring back the nWo so rest easy before any rumors get started.

Sting has been sidelined with a torn calf, putting plans for a feud between he and Kevin Nash on hold until further notice.

We are extremely pleased with our Nitro and Worldwide shows. Industry insiders and fans alike have applauded our choice to make the World Television Championship the focus of Worldwide.

WCW returns to pay-per-view with Starrcade on December 19th. Be sure to tune in for what promises to be an outstanding show.
