Best part occured early on as Dan Rather was asking Kerry and Edwards questions directly and allowing them to banter back and forth, when Al Sharpton called the media on it and said "You are trying to make up the voters minds that there are only 2 worthy canidates with the way your conducting this debate, if you just wanted to talk to these 2, why'd you invitte me and Dennis G.?" Rather:" You'll get your turn, buts its apparent the voters have spoken and these 2 are the focus" Al S "Well Kerry's the one winning all the primaries, John Edwards has only won one, so he shouldn't be involved either based on your logic- All I'm asking for is a chance to speak so the public can hear all sides" Rather: "You've had the floor for the past 2 mins and haven't touched an issue" Al " That's cause I'm fighting to get my time" Good Stuff.

Jobber of the Week Posted February 29, 2004 Report Posted February 29, 2004 Obviously, being in the East Coast morning, not many saw it. If your cable or satelite provider gets "Discovery Times" (a Discovery/NYTimes partnership station) it will replay at 7PM ET.
