(I did see the 3way captains match, and he wasn't too impressive either, which is udnerstandable since it was his first show in TNA)

I wouldn't blame Williams at all for that match, considering he was suddenly thrown into it maybe fifteen minutes before it happened because of Ted's injury.

 

Impressive scientific wrestler my ass. He has talent in the area, that's for sure, but judging by the 2003 stampede stuff I just saw, he is no "underrated technical wizard." He can definitely have fun matches, though.

 

Ted really is a very, very good mat wrestler. Try and dig up his match with American Dragon from MLW, where he does one of the smoothest reversals I've ever seen, from Dragon's Cattle Mutilation right into the Fujiwara armbar.
