Guest Dynamite Kido Report post Posted March 25, 2004 I bumped into Virgil a few months back at Potomac Mills...I marked out. hehe I bumped into SD Jones last week at my work. I kicked him in the gut and gave him a stunner. Did you pin him for the three-count? Yeah, but I did it the heel way psst....three count.....that's horrible, you mean to tell me you couldn't get at least a five count out of him.....I guess you have to work on your stunner.... Guest hunger4unger Report post Posted March 26, 2004 I'd treat them as regular people, if they were coming to my working environment. It all depends what you do I suppose. If you work in a hotel for example you should really remain professional.
Jobber of the Week 0 Report post Posted March 26, 2004 I don't understand the point of being a smark. I mean, they know we exist because we post on the internet and they claim we're being outrageous, so it doesn't mean anything more if they meet one in real life than see one on a message board. What I would do however would wound EVERYONE'S pride and strike a balance between mark and smark. What I would do is to keep asking where Brock Lesnar is and talk about how all these guys are losers and Brock Lesnar whipped their asses. This not only doesn't immediately reveal you as some kind of bitter smark, but also wounds their pride quite a bit. The only exception is if Steve Austin was there, in which case I would not be able to resist asking why he keeps going over everyone on the roster with his wrestling career on hold. Guest Brian Report post Posted March 27, 2004 How about just treat them like regular people and not put them on a pedestal or try to talk like you're a part of the locker room?
Guest Choken One Report post Posted March 27, 2004 Yeah...Just say Hello and maybe "Thanks for what you do"...they will appreciate it. Unless it's Billy Gunn...Just go "Hello, Can I be your tag team partner next week? I've always wanted to be a tag team champion"
Jobber of the Week 0 Report post Posted March 27, 2004 Unless it's Billy Gunn...Just go "Hello, Can I be your tag team partner next week? I've always wanted to be a tag team champion" If it's Raw guys, then substitute Test for Billy Gunn.
Guest I Got Banned for Sucking Report post Posted March 27, 2004 I wouldn't try and make myself sound like top shit by being such a smart mark, I would, as Jobber of the Week said, strike a balance - let them know that I am, but not piss them off or try to make myself sound like I'm trying to get 'in' with them.
