Generally I don't head over to the Onion. I have no qualm with it and often find something pretty funny amongst the sometimes too-dry wit. But then they'll post something so absurd with just the right amount of photoshop trickery that I have to laugh. This made me laugh heartily.

Hey, if those people can make money writing that crap, then more power to them.

Comedy is such a hard profession. If there's an audience for "Whose Line is it Anyway?" then there surely must be an audience for The Onion.

The only time any Onion story made me laugh was the one about the athlete blaming God for his team's loss...

I'll admit I got a chuckle out of the headline yesterday about the Coke Mars Rover finding that the red planet once flowed freely with Dasani.

Well . . . kind of a silent "heh".

I'd have to say that one of the funniest Onion articles I caught was in one of their books. It was talking about how nobody gave a shit about the Somalia genocide in 1992 because of The Dream Team debuting at the same time in the Olympics. There was something where they asked a guy about Somalia and he trails off into basket ball and is all, "I mean, Michael, Magic and Larry are all starters! And Clyde Drexler is on the bench!"
