Tawren 0 Report post Posted April 4, 2004 I wouldn't want to be the guy that had to wrestle that kid. I'd hate to lose to that kid. Seriously, not discriminating or anyone, but HOW CAN YOU LOSE TO THAT? I think Meltzer said he was undefeated this year or something. Yeah, his parents just said he had never been pinned. That's just...sad.
Guest Askewniverse Report post Posted April 4, 2004 I wouldn't want to be the guy that had to wrestle that kid. I see your point. It would be a lose-lose situation. If you win, big deal. You should have won anyway. If you lose, you lost to a physically-challenged person.

JoeDirt 0 Report post Posted April 4, 2004 Orton: "Yeah, I wrestled two years in high school, and didn't do very well, that's why I do this." (Makes a "cut" motion). Lol.
The Amazing Rando 0 Report post Posted April 4, 2004 Orton: "Yeah, I wrestled two years in high school, and didn't do very well, that's why I do this." (Makes a "cut" motion). Lol. by "do this" he means traveling the country talking to the handicapped ... not that there is anything wrong with that.
Guest Man Of 1,004 Modes Report post Posted April 4, 2004 Here's a way to get Orton mega heat. Have him RKO this guy on T.V. Hell, it worked for O'Haire & Piper when they ripped off Gowens fake leg.

You should definitely pick it up. Bret-Owen and Magnum-Tully alone are worth the price of the set.
Lil' Bitch 0 Report post Posted April 4, 2004 Hey look everybody, a commercial for The Bullshit Encounter match! Edit: I already have Owen/Bret on the BloodBaths DVD as well as the original PPV broadcast so I'm set. I couldn't tell and since I only watched it on DVD once, was the commentary left intact with them saying WWF? By the way, despite the shortness of the film, Walking Tall was pretty good. I recommend seeing it.
Guest Askewniverse Report post Posted April 4, 2004 I already have this match (Bloodbath DVD and PPV version), but I can't complain about it. Oddly enough, I was watching Bret-Owen from WM X shortly before Velocity started.
DMann2003 0 Report post Posted April 4, 2004 Man I love that shot of Owen crawling to the cage door and Bret grabs him by his face and Owen screams "No! Nooooo!" and bites his fingers.

Lil' Bitch 0 Report post Posted April 4, 2004 Has anyone ever gone through the door to win a cage match? Don Muraco and Victoria came to my mind immediately. The Superplex off the top of the cage was a true Holy shit! moment for its time.
Guest Askewniverse Report post Posted April 4, 2004 Has anyone ever gone through the door to win a cage match? I remember seeing Yokozuna beat Bret Hart in a cage match by escaping through the door.
DMann2003 0 Report post Posted April 4, 2004 Has anyone ever gone through the door to win a cage match? What I want to know is why noone ever slides out feet first, seeing as how they always make a point about the guys FEET touching first whenever their hands touch the floor. Or why they don't just jump down instead of letting the guy pull them back in.
MarvinisaLunatic 0 Report post Posted April 4, 2004 speaking of going through the door, wouldn't logic dictate that you would try and go feet first out the door instead of headfirst? Glad to know Im not the only one who thought that.
