jester 0 Report post Posted April 8, 2004 You know how pitiful it is to see people jumping on Anglesaults bangwagon and calling him "Suckbag?" That's the worst, most generic, petty insult I've ever heard in my entire goddamn life. You people seriously need to adapt a fucking personality. See, the problem is that Orton is so generic that you can't even hang a good insulting nickname on him. The HHHaters and Taker haters have all sorts of perfect nicknames for the guys they hate: Underseller, Cripple H, HGH, etc. Because as even as much as they hate them, they are at least distinctive personalities. If you replaced Orton with Jindrak tomorrow, or OVW Dropkick Machine #5, would anything really be lost? Gained? Probably not. You might as well call him "suckbag" as anything else. I thought of a nickname that I think is perfect for Orton, but I don't think it will catch on: Randy Ordinary

That's the worst, most generic, petty insult I've ever heard in my entire goddamn life. You people seriously need to adapt a fucking personality. I'll tell you one thing, I'd rather watch Randy Orton get a push than watch one develop into a sheep. Suckbag? *shakes head* There's actually a story behind that. One post, around the time where Orton on TV began to become unmanageable (June of last year) I was listing all of Orton's many, many faults. After I was done, I said something along the lines of "Wow, he's just a walking bag of suck, isn't he?" And so a legend was born.
Guest I Got Banned for Sucking Report post Posted April 8, 2004 From the WWE website: Statement #1: Superstars born outside the U.S. are superior. Gail Kim: True. I'm Canadian and Korean, and I'm a natural in the ring. And (Superstars from outside the U.S. include) Trish Stratus, Chris Jericho - he was born in the U.S. but I know he considers himself Canadian - Edge, Christian, William Regal and, of course, the current World Heavyweight Champion, Chris Benoit. William Regal: True (because of) upbringing, work ethic, class, dignity -- everything that there's not really a lot of here. iB: False - Often, that is true, because of the different styles outside of the USA, i.e. Lucha Libre, Puroresu, etc., but there are still plenty of great American workers. Statement #2: Telling jokes is the best way to pass time on a long car ride. Gail Kim: True. The people I travel with pretty much goof off and laugh the whole time. William Regal: True. Only if it's me telling them. I am the world's greatest joke-teller that isn't a professional comedian. iB: True. Jokes are a great way, but there is plenty of other fun to have on the road. Statement #3: You are happy that Connecticut won the NCAA Championship in men's basketball. Gail Kim: False. I'm not really into basketball. William Regal: Couldn't care less. iB: Ditto. Statement #4: Mick Foley will beat Randy Orton at Backlash. Gail Kim: True. Although Randy does have Evolution on his side, Mick Foley has the smarts and experience. William Regal: True. As much as Foley and I have had problems, one thing that that man thrives on is hardcore wrestling. That's what he lives for. His mind goes into places that nobody else I know does. Generation after generation of Ortons were great wrestlers. But great wrestlers don't make bordering psychopaths, and that's what Mick Foley can be when he turns his mind to it. iB: False. Randy Orton will prove once and for all that he can bring it - the IC Championship stipulation will further that. Statement #5: The European Championship should return. Gail Kim: False. I think they should bring back the Women's Tag Team Championship because we have so many more women now. William Regal: False. Although I was very proud to hold it, I was the only person qualified to. You can't possibly have an American or anyone else who isn't European being European Champion. It doesn't make any sense. iB: Right, William... but an American can hold the Intercontinental Championship? True - if it could get over properly, then it would open up a window of opportunity for all of the guys that aren't given a fair go at the moment because of the WWE's status. Oh, and Gail, that would just acquire less credibility for the Womens division that it already has, as there wouldn't be one match where at least five spots aren't blown. Statement #6: Canadian fans are WWE's most passionate. Gail Kim: True. Even American wrestlers have made that comment to me - that Canadian fans are the best overall. There are cities in the U.S. that are great, like Chicago is always a great crowd. And Texas and New York. But in general, overall, Canadian fans are the best. William Regal: False. Although Canadian fans are very passionate about the product, I honestly don't think there's anyone more passionate about the product than the British and the Japanese. And if you've ever been over there, you know why. iB: False. It was hard for me to say that, but here's my reasoning: While professional wrestling is taken very serious and is very important in Canada, you have to look at Japan, Mexico, etc., as well as the other countries where it is not taken so seriously on the surface, i.e. the USA, Australia, because there are a group in those countries that are just as passionate about it as those in Canada, Japan and Mexico. Even so, I can definitely see where you're coming from with that question.
Guest Man Of 1,004 Modes Report post Posted April 8, 2004 Intercontinental doesn't mean "Outside North America" last I checked. And only 2 real Europeans were Euro Champs: Bulldog & Regal. So the title WAS worthless.
Guest I Got Banned for Sucking Report post Posted April 8, 2004 Intercontinental doesn't mean "Outside North America" last I checked. And only 2 real Europeans were Euro Champs: Bulldog & Regal. So the title WAS worthless. "Intercontinental" doesn't, but it was a nice opening. Maybe they should introduce a new title in place of the European, masking it with a different name. The only problem there would be getting it over, but the U.S. Championship got over fairly quickly in WWE. That would be capitalising on the brand-split, as it would, if nothing happens with ECW, work for the lower/mid-card Superstars. FUCK, no it won't. Why? BECAUSE THIS IS WW-FUCKING-E WE'RE TALKING ABOUT - THE BIG SHOW HELD THE U.S. CHAMPIONSHIP FOR 5 MONTHS WITH ABOUT ONE DEFENSE! And one more thing... IT'S NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. KTID 0 Report post Posted April 8, 2004 Statement #4: Mick Foley will beat Randy Orton at Backlash. False. A win does nothing for Foley, but a loss could cripple Orton's push. ...and there's a problem with Suckbag's push being killed and beaten like a dead horse? I won't even bother taking the time to reply to such an idiot.

ChrisMWaters 0 Report post Posted April 9, 2004 The question about Foley and Orton makes me say this one thing... ...I want Orton to do like Jeff Jarrett and others did with Multiple Stings against Foley...and have one guy dressed as Old School Mankind, one guy dressed as Socko Mankind, one guy dressed as Dude Love, and one guy dressed as Cactus Jack all try to beat up Foley. Or, just have Orton try to play Dude Love. Either way, there hasn't been enough Dude Love in WWF/E history. ...yes I'm a Dude Love Mark, damnit! OWWWWWWW HAVE MERCY! *dance*

Dude Love was, for some reason, my favorite of all the Mick Foley personas. Maybe it's because it was so underappreciated or something. Plus, I marked when Stevie Richards (and then later, the Blue Meanie) took up the persona for a few shows.
