Want to buy a new 80GB/RPM drive

I've already picked one out, and i know where the old one is...do i take the old one out and just replace it with the new one and re-install Windows XP?? if so, cool..if not, then help.

The Windows installation disc does that for you.

Don't forget to partition the 80gigs.

There is no reason to partition it since installing XP will do that.

 

You only partition if you want to seperate the drive into multiple drives.
