Scroby 0 Report post Posted April 8, 2004 More Q and A April 8, 2004 I guess these are pretty popular, since I am getting swamped with questions. Please continue to keep the questions point form and to the point. It saves me a ton of time. Q: Which Title were you most excited about winning? A: I don't get too excited about winning titles, as I try not to mark out for things like that. The US Title was by far the most significant, as it was the one involving the best angle and push, I've ever received. The Time I Won the IJ Tag Belt from Liger and Samurai, in Japan would be a close second. We were the Main Event on a really big show. Q: Do you still have a good relationship with Dawn Marie? A: It isn't too much of a relationship as we don't see each other often, but we both still care for each other very much. We always are excited to see each other at Joint PPV's. There will always be a place in my heart for her. Q: When you retire will you still work out and stay in shape? A: I was working out way before I ever got into wrestling and will be training long after I've finished. Q: I've heard you were released because the office has not been happy with your performance the last few months. Is this true? A: The part about getting released certainly isn't, or if it is they haven't got around to telling me yet. As for them not being happy with my work, I can't really say for sure. I certainly doubt it but I did feel that my last RAW match dragged a little. (LOL) Q: Apart from yourself name 5 top guys who haven't won the World Title, who you think deserve to? A: This is a tough one. Edge certainly has a Title Run in him. Kane, Booker, and RVD, could likely carry a run. My last pick...I think Christian could pull it off if booked correctly. I may be over looking someone, so please don't consider this an exclusive list. Q: When did you start the head turn thing when they cut off your music or promo, and whose idea was it? A: I started it in WCW when I was having them play the Canadian National Anthem. It was just my natural reaction the first time they did it, and I liked the look of it and kept it. Q: Has your website statements ever angered WWE officials? A: I don't think so. I've gotten positive feedback a couple times, but I haven't heard anything negative. Q: What do you think of Bradshaw steeling your, "Impact Player" name. A: I was surprised to say the least. I've always thought steeling or reusing a name a mistake. If the original got over with the name, which I'd like to think we did, fans will always look at the new guy as a rip off. Q: Why do you do this? Many fans run from fan interaction at this level. What sets you apart? A: I'm one of those people who once they start something they keep at it. I started this site and it just keeps growing so I keep at it. I also really enjoy it. I've met so many great people who have offered me so much support, they really help keep me sane. I've had some frustrating times in my career and your support here really helps. Q: Do you ever get flax for your candid opinions on the internet? A: I've stirred up a few bee's nest with fans who have disagreed with me, but never from the boys. I'm pretty candid all the time so anyone who is going to take offence with me did so well before visiting www.stormwrestling.com Q: Will 24/7 be available in Canada? A: I have absolutely no idea. You should likely start hassling your local cable company now, so they will carry it. Q: What can you tell us about the ECW rumours? A: I can't tell you a thing, because I don't know anything. I've only heard about it online, so as far as i know it is just a rumour. Q: What were the worst weather conditions you’ve had to suffer through for a show? A: While working for WAR in Japan, I wrestled an out door during a Typhoon. The rain was so bad during the show there were times we couldn't see the ring from the bus we were changing in. Fortunately the rain paused for my match, but the ring was still soaked. I remember taking a tornado DDT out of the corner and sliding all the way out of the ring on the bump. I had to grab the bottom rope as I passed under it to stay on the apron. Q: What made your Summer Slam match with EDGE special for you? A: This was my only singles match on PPV (I think) and with it being an IC Title match I consider it my biggest WWE match. I also really loved working with Edge and thought the match was quite good. That's it for another week, keep them coming. Lance Credit: Stormwrestling.com I went ahead and corrected him about Kane and the title.

Scroby 0 Report post Posted April 9, 2004 And you're pulling them out two by two*! *This becomes a moot point when a mod comes along. Site actually screwed up on me and for some reason posted two. I'm not a mod or I would have deleated the other one myself. I did leave a nice little edit note on it however.

I cracked up when I read that. Did you post that anywhere else other than TSM? Maybe someone took it seriously and posted it on another board.
