I do. Since last year, I've been using hair straightener so the front part of my hair won't curl like it normally would if I didn't use a hairdryer, and for the most part, it used to work out really well. So here's how it goes.

My hair is short (but thick) currently and after taking a bath and brushing my hair, I use the hair straightener like I normally do and then dry my hair. The problem happens when I try to brush my hair down after drying every part of it and the back and sides of it stick up and out a lot, so I use water from the sink to get it to lay down, but after a while when I'm ready to brush my hair again, some of the sprigs start sticking up again and it takes me a while to get it to fix the way I want it.

In the past, I used to not even use a hairdryer after taking a bath, but the front part of my hair would curl most of the time and I hated that. I also used gel and mousse (before the gel) back in the 8th grade and my hair would curl in the front then, too.

Anyone have any suggestions on how I can get my hair to look right since the hairdryer makes my hair stick up?
