I've seen this game on X-Play and I watched someone play it at EB Games, but I haven't played it yet. It looks cool, but I wanted to see what you guys thought of it. Is it cool?

I bought it and have played the first little bit. I love it so far. I just love the setting and everything. There is a little showdown setting I played first, where it's you and someone else in a setting and you have like a little duel, first one to earn so much money wins.

 

I began the story mode and have played the first level and a half (just because my first opportunity to plug it in was late last night). Pretty fun, but also your typical Rockstar game. The Old West setting was the biggest draw for me and that definatley brings more excitement to the game. I think I am going to go play it now.

Personally, I love the game. It's good to see a good shoot-'em-up out for the PS2 that isn't first person, and the fact that it's a Western really makes it that much cooler. However, the only beef I really have with the game is the aiming system. It sometimes just gets really slow and kind of annoying, but I've gotten used to it.

 

 

Right now, my favorite part of the game is the quick-draw stuff. That is just of the rule.

I'm renting it right now, and I find it to be pretty good. Sorry if this is sort of a spoiler of the game. In the first couple of levels it goes old school by just starting you in gun fights, eventually your able to walk around a town to do things, I'm sorta still figureing out if their's anything to actually do in the town. The controls are pretty easy to understand, and its just a fun game to play. Somebody traded it in where I worked because he said it got to hard for him while he was playing the game. Hope that helps a little bit.

My roommate checked this game out yesterday and I started playing it last night. So far this seems like a kickass game.

I thought it was pretty good. Remined me of Max Payne. Pretty basic action, besides the very cool Dead Eye Aiming and duels. Love the atmosphere.

Just wondering if this game has a multi player mode, and if it is any good? Too lazy to look it up right now (gotta leave pretty quick today).

Yeah it has multiplayer mode and I had fun with it. I wouldn't say it's the best multiplayer mode ever, but it's fun.
