Guest OctoberBlood Report post Posted May 10, 2004 I'm going to Seattle in August (about the 26th) with my cousin. Gonna fly out there. We're probally stay for about 5 days. We plan on going to a Mariners game.. possibly two. On the 28th and 29th, we're be attending the Penny-Arcade Expo [in Bellevue] (geek gaming convention, woo~!). Thought I'd share that.. it's gonna be a blast. Does anyone live in that area or has been to Seattle? Anything we need to stop by and see or do (besides the obvious)? BTW, we're both under 18 (He'll be 18, I'll be about 2 months away) - so yeah.

Guest Dids Report post Posted May 11, 2004 Unlike Rant I actually live in Seattle. It's fucking awesome in August here. Just go outside- hit the Ballard Locks, the Arboretum, the zoo avoid Pike's Place, it's overrated and crowded as fuck.

Guest Agent of Oblivion Report post Posted May 11, 2004 I've been there once. We more or less ran through it, catching a few major sites. The Cascades were the real destination. Friggin' gorgeous. I hate big cities, though. With a passion.

Corey_Lazarus 0 Report post Posted May 12, 2004 Try to find out where the band Nevermore rehearses...and ask Warrell Dane to stop thinking he can sing high. Unique singing voice, but he can't go too high-pitched, yet he tries to all the time.
Guest Dids Report post Posted May 12, 2004 I'm less than 15 minutes from Seattle bitch. Dude, I lived in Mill Creek for two years- and traffic has to be PERFECT to make it a 15 minute drive to Sea-town.
