Love him or hate him, The Man is coming to TSN.

WWE Chairman Vince McMahon, who will be in Toronto on June 1 for a special announcement at the Air Canada Centre, will also shoot two back-to-back episodes of Off the Record with TSN's Michael Landsberg.

Broadcast times for the episodes will be announced soon.

On screen, McMahon is known to wrestling fans as the ruthless, driven, cocky boss of World Wrestling Entertainment, and is responsible for revolutionizing sports entertainment off it.

It all started in 1982 when McMahon made the decision to purchase what was once called the World Wide Wrestling Federation from his father, Vincent J. McMahon. In March of 1985, McMahon embarked on what would become the very event to make sports entertainment the global phenomenon that it is today. It would be called WrestleMania, and it was such an overwhelming success that 20 years later, it is still the biggest annual event in sports entertainment.

While other corporate executives choose to keep a low profile, McMahon is right there in the mix, appearing regularly on WWE television and even mixing it up in the ring. He participated in some of the most highly-anticipated matches in WWE history and his rivalries with Stone Cold Steve Austin and Hulk Hogan led to some of the most heated matches in the long history of sports entertainment.

I'll definitely be checking this out. What would we do without OTR? I hope Lansberg asks him about Benoit/Eddie and all the talk about Smackdown being treated as a secondary show.

I love it when Wrestling personalitys go on Off The Record, Micheal Lansberg is a great interviewer and the interviews they do with people in the wrestling business are most often the best interviews Ive seen. Vicne was on there once years ago and I think its about time he be on it again.

As much as I would like to see if they address Smackdown being treated as a secondary show I serioulsy doubt that they will bring it up, you can be almost sure though that they will address weather or not Vince has talked to Bret Hart lately and if a return is possible. Either way Im sure teh interview will be a great one. I just hope he dosent embarrass himself and the WWE but desciding he dosent like the questions being asked and starts to act in the Mr. McMahon Characther.

I've only watched OTR a few times, being a non-Canadian and all, and for an unexplainable reason I find Landsberg almost as irritating as the announcer constantly promoting the bar/grill that sponsors the show (yeah, we know, pipe down!)

However, seeing that he does so many wrestling interviews, at least he won't hit the wrong buttons that causes Vince to explode on reporters with "DO YOUR HOMEWORK." OTOH, he'll probably hit all the right buttons to send him into the "If you can't defend it, deny it" mode.
