Guest The Rising Star Report post Posted May 30, 2004 In Norway, you can get $ 2000 for the first edition from 1948. I have one, but don't know if it's the first one or a copy issued in the 80's!

Steviekick 0 Report post Posted May 30, 2004 A lot of the old Carl Banks Donald Duck comics are worth a lot of money...Uncle Scrooge and a lot of the characters that wound up in Ducktales were all created by him for the Disney comic books. Did you find a copyright or trademark date or something in the comic, rising?
Guest FrigidSoul Report post Posted May 30, 2004 My uncle found the first Little LuLu and some Disney comic with it in the wall of his father's attic. My father and one of his other brothers and his sister would hide shit in the walls of the attic because they didn't want it taken...then I guess they forgot they put them there. Guest Pirelli Report post Posted June 8, 2004 I used to have a Donald Duck #1, or so I thought, but it was a reissue from 1988. If the edge is white all the way through, it's most likely a reissue. Not sure, though...
