1234-5678 0 Report post Posted June 9, 2004 - Chris Candido was originally scheduled to work a dark match at the Smackdown taping tonight but did not end up working. I wouldn't mind seeing Candido on TV again.

(The last I heard she's retired from the business.)
Guest El Satanico Report post Posted June 9, 2004 Other than "don't dress like the Brooklyn Brawler when at a WWe sanctioned appearance", I can't imagine what sort of dress code they could have.
TheBigSwigg 0 Report post Posted June 9, 2004 - WWE has dropped Victoria's dance routine since it bombed. The dancing was Victoria's idea. Well, there's proof that God answers prayer.

Thank God, that single entrance made me hope to never see her ever again. Now make her psycho again, and let Richards be with her once more, and I'll be happy. They axed the wrong thing though: Change the fucking theme song! WWE should have just axed both the dancing and the song. I guess now we'll still be hearing Annoying Hip-Hop Diva theme #3 (the first was Steph's "I'm All Grown Up" theme, the second is Trish's "Keys to the City" theme). cawthon777 0 Report post Posted June 9, 2004 Local advertising for World Wrestling Entertainment's return to Madison Square Garden on Saturday 6/26 announced the main events for the Raw house show. The main events of the show feature: *WWE World champion Chris Benoit vs. Kane *Triple H vs. Shawn Michaels in a New York Street Fight As though that means anything. House show line ups can change at the drop of a hat. I'm not saying Benoit won't still be champion by then - just don't base the outcome of a PPV match solely on what a house show advertises. Guest Man Of 1,004 Modes Report post Posted June 9, 2004 Well everyone laughed when an advertisement on some radio show had La Resistance vs. Batista & Flair on the lineup for the tag team titles...so I'd say unless personal matters keep someone from appearing, what they advertise as main event(s) usually sticks. cawthon777 0 Report post Posted June 9, 2004 History has proven that to not exactly be the case. Singles matches turn into tag team matches or 6-man tags. Stipluations such as ladder or cage matches are dropped with no explanation given. I've attended shows where that has happened. The "card subject to change" rule still applies. Guest Man Of 1,004 Modes Report post Posted June 9, 2004 I can only think of a few times headlining matches have been changed. (edit: that were big deals of course) for example, I believe HHH vs. Brock was suppose to happen at MSG, but HHH was injured, so they subbed with Brock vs. Team Angle in a gauntlet. But you're right card is subject to change.
