FBI listening in on your X-Box Live sessions?

The FBI is now seeking access to X-Box Live servers to monitor user activity and backlog conversations of users. My only question is "What in the fuck does the FBI so desperately need that they should be able to listen in on me and my buddies talking about fragging terrorists on Terrorist Hunt, or trashing talking each other on Sharpshooter, Team, or Team Survival mode?"

Doesn't the FBI have better things to do with their time and my tax money?

The FBI will probably catch on when the terrorists start shouting "Praise be to Allah!" after sniping down opposing forces in-game

I'll now be awaiting news of the FBI leading a bust on a group of 14 year olds that were believed to be a terrorist group.
