Four questions

1. Mike Awesome would be a great addition to TNA imo if he is back in shape. Has anyone seen footage of him recently? I think that he could feud well with Abyss, the incoming Hotstuff Hernandez, etc because they are all agile big men who could have some interesting matches.

2. Why isn't Kevin Northcutt in TNA anymore? This guy had good potential imo.

Maybe Jimmy Hart could introduce Sean O'Haire and Northcutt as a new tag

team? I last heard that O'Haire worked in Japan but does anyone know if

he has signed to appear there full-time?

3. Why is Konnan still featured on TNA if he is supposed to leave for the WWE

soon? Why don't they just phase him out?

4. DDP might also make a nice addition to the roster to provide some decent

star power and he can still put on entertaining matches.

He was brought in for a couple of shows last year as a member of the Disciples of the New Church in their feud with S.E.X. I don't believe he was that impressive as his name hasn't been mentioned since.

I'm sure he will be brought back. I think he left because the Red Shirt angle had run its course. One of them (the other being Ryan Wilson) is being brought in as Fairplay's masked bodyguard, I'm not sure which one though

3. Why is Konnan still featured on TNA if he is supposed to leave for the WWE

soon? Why don't they just phase him out?

Because Konnan is full of shit and has a TNA contract, so he's not leaving without permission. He does Rey championing him being added to the roster, but without a release, he's stuck trying to make The Truth look like a contenda.

I agree 100%. Of all the stars talked about joining the company, DDP is the one I see bringing the most to the show (well, him and Kanyon). He can pop a crowd, has a great finisher, is known and might be able to work a passable match, which the requirement the likes of Hogan, Nash and Savage fail. Hall could pass that requirement, but the question with him is can he pass a breathalizer test.

1. IF Awesome was to get back into shape and pull out his old high-flying ways, then he could be a great addition. much like D'Lo or Sabu, Awesome could be a main event contender whose job is to get others over without really ever winning the title.

2. i wasn't that big a fan of Northcutt. we have Dallas now, which is practically the same wrestler, so i see no reason to bring back Northcutt (Joe Legend could've been something, though). Sean O'Haire i definitely want to see in TNA. everyone wants to see him as a title contender for the New Church, and i have no problem with that. its probably the absolute best way to use him. O'Haire could be HUGE in TNA if they'd just bring him in.

3. Konnan's there because... hell, i don't know. it could be the love affair the Jarrett's have with crappy Sportz Entertainers. i don't really have a problem with either him or BG James, but they should NEVER be portrayed as the stars of 3LK. they are there to be Ron Killings' entourage and nothing more. as long as its Killings vs. Jarrett and not 3LK vs. Jarrett, i'm happy.

4. i'd love to see DDP in TNA, as his fued with Raven was a big reason i put up with WCW for a while. a return to that fued (but over the NWA Title) would be awesome. it'd also be a great way to introduce Kanyon. i think Page would be a good hand to have on board, just because he'll never demand to be the center of the show. Page is willing to be one of the guys, which is rare in a star as big as he is.

Yeah i'm really surprised TNA havent gone for him yet. He has lots of starpower (even after WWE screwed him to European Title level) and would have lots of old WCW friends at TNA. He should definatly considered for the future.

Why is the New Church gone? I mean they only had that one appearence but they had a good gimmick (which 90% of the other people don't have), they are a part of TNA history, and plus they also had good matches with AMW (who do not have any really big contenders).

I'm fairly certain Mitchell got a new job that took a lot of his time. Couple that with the fact that Brian Lee being replaced with Synn wasn't exactly the best move for the team, so who knows if we'll ever see them again.

I think Slash was a totally underrated wrestler. He was so solid.

Magus...never compare suckbag Dallas to awesome Northcutt again, dig? Northcutt had a great moveset, was becoming a master at being a heel tag wrestler with Joe Legend (Northcutt's mannerisms in the ring - his facial expressions, body language, and selling - made me love him more than anything) until they got rid of the Redshirts, and uses the half nelson wrist-clutch Michinoku Driver for a finish. How can you NOT love the guy?

Now we know which fans WWE listens to...the hoss lovers. Northcutt was WAY too green last he was on TNA. That's the only argument I can think of.

Northcutt is Fairplay's masked bodyguard isn't he? Could have sworn I read that somewhere.

BBCW, lick my gooch, dig? Northcutt actually sells and bumps for his opponents, and shows this thing called "promise" when in the ring. He sucks on the mic, but is learning how to progress in the ring.

Plus, aside from Abyss? Only HOSS~! I really like.

Corey, you shouldn't insult BBCW.

It's just piling on to his sad life.

I'd like to see Kanyon show up. I think it's inevitable, but he's not there yet. I'd also like to see American Dragon & Spanky...not to mention more of Low Ki.

Christopher Daniels will be back when he's healthy. AJ Styles is the X-Champion again.

Things are looking good, but they could be better. The FX deal would be some hot shit. Especially if they gave them a two-hour time slot.

We need less Jarrett and more X-Division...then NWA:TNAW should be set....

I would like to see Chris Hamrick again. I've seen him a lot in NC indys, and he is a great wrestler. I know that he and Truth are good friends, and have seen them put on an incredible match together. I wouldn't even mind if they used his Crimson Dragon gimmick again. I think he would fit great with the x-division.

hamrick in the X-Division would actually be a good idea.......they could push his hillbilly gimmick and get him over in Nashville or use the Crimson Dragon one as well.....

*hopes for Crimson Dragon*

Crimson Dragon made me want to gouge my eyes out.

Really? It was only one appearance right?

Anyway, Hamrick's really good, but he's getting old. I'd like to see them bring him in now, so he could still work, and help some of the younger x-guys.

No need for Hamrick. Similar to Lynn at times, his style is very repetitive, as it's hard to cheer for the guy when his moveset doesn't vary too much from match-to-match.

Plus, they only have so much TV time, and they're spending it well on the guys they already have.

Ah, maybe so. I just pull for people who've come to my hometown to make it big. He actually grew up about 10 minutes from my house.

from reading your Lazarush reports (yes, i read them. sucks you aren't on it anymore, dude), i knew you had a soft spot for Big Kev 2.0. to me, he's not terrible, but i myself wouldn't rank him much higher than Dallas or Apollo. there's not too many hosses out there (besides Abyss) that can go properly in TNA. if Northcutt can improve over time, that'd be great, but i don't see that right now. plus, his credibility was practically murdered with the Redshirt gimmick. that's one of TNA's worst ideas ever.

Another indy guy I'd like to see in TNA is Vordell Walker. I think he would be cool in the x-div.

Any of you guys seen him?

Because he bumps for opponents and does a cool finisher doesn't make him good. If I can in the ring, gave someone a ganso bomb on a chair, and left, would that make me better?

And real mature with the gooch remark. I'd expect better...or a better joke.

I need to see O'Haire have a 2000-style match again before I actually urge TNA to sign him.

I'm sure he could do that easily. It's not his fault the shitty WWE style was forced onto him.

I still don't see what's so awful about the Redshirt gimmick. They were the personal hired thugs of Don Callis and, later, Jeff Jarrett. So having enforcers is bad these days?

It's the WWE's fault that O'Haire was inept?
