Bubba Ray Dudley.

 

Seriously. He's one of the most effective heels on Smackdown's entire roster. Decent moveset. Sells more often, effectively and consistantly than anyone else his size. Can be funny as hell. A much better knowledge of the minor points of wrestling and physcology than he's ever given credit for. Underrated as far as charisma is concerned also.

 

Add into that the level of improvement he's gone through since ECW (lack of planchas aside) and I always think he's underrated. Without D-Von he's nothing special admitedly. But he never gets mentions and it seems I'm the only one that notices how solid he is.
