I was browsing IMDB and found this.

From TV Tome:

"Drew Carey ("The Drew Carey Show" "Whose Line Is It Anyway?") and his comic friends have a clever plan to shake up the concept of live improv comedy. The performers on this show will act out quirky ideas suggested by the audience ("You're getting married underwater and are attacked by a giant squid"), but that's just a jumping-off point. The real fun begins with the technique known as green screen, which Drew's behind-the-scenes team will use to animate the skits, creating an actual improvised movie that brings to life the details going on in their vivid imaginations. This series promises to be a fun and lively marriage of improv and animation, a concept only Drew Carey could pull off. Also starring Colin Mochrie ("Blackfly"), Chip Esten ("On the Spot"), Brad Sherwood ("To Tell the Truth"), Greg Proops ("Vs."), Jeff Davis ("Happy Family"), Kathy Kinney ("The Drew Carey Show"), Sean Masterson, Julie Larson, Katlin Olson ("Curb Your Enthusiasm") and Jonathon Mangum ("Strip Mall"), all of the Improv All-Stars Comedy Troup. The show comes from Production Group Michigan J. with executive producer Drew Carey and post producer/executive producer Ron Diamond, head of ACME Filmworks."

Now, I'm a big fan of both the English and American versions of Whose Line is it Anyway, but the appeal to those shows was how they worked with basically nothing, but I'm glad that at least Mochrie, Styles, Proops etc. are involved again.

Hey, and no Wayne Brady. That guy is irritating.

Actually, Ryan Styles wasn't one of the names listed off. If he isn't on the show, then this will surely flop.

The Colin/Ryan duo was the best thing about Whose Line Is It Anyway?

Hm. It has more or less everyone I liked on American Whose Line... except Styles. Hnnng. I dunno, I still think it'll be good with the caliber of improv talent they have here. Greg Proops is awesome.

EDIT: As it turns out, Ryan Stiles WILL be on the pilot as a guest, so if you want to see new Colin/Ryan stuff you'll likely get it in that one.

So basically they took that "Guess whats on the screen behind you" game on whose line is it anyway? and made it into an actual show?
