KingPK Posted July 18, 2004 Report Posted July 18, 2004 (edited) Geosense This is actually a pretty cool game where you have to find a city in a country, getting points for how close you get to it. It's actually pretty challenging. You can play against another person, as well. Edited July 18, 2004 by Kingpk
RavishingRickRudo Posted July 18, 2004 Report Posted July 18, 2004 WHY CAN'T I STOP?! Las Vegas, 0 KM off. Recognize.
MarvinisaLunatic Posted July 18, 2004 Report Posted July 18, 2004 I Got 2 direct hits in 1 round, Fez Morocco and Phnom Pehn Cambodia. But my connection lags so much I cant get a decent time score. I should note that I won my 6th grade Geography Bee (like 10 years ago or better) and came 3 questions short of qualifying for the State Round. And everyday for like 3 years I watched Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego on PBS and I had a couple of the PC Games and Where in Time is Carmen Sandiego for the NES.
RavishingRickRudo Posted July 18, 2004 Report Posted July 18, 2004 I just tried the scramble mode. I just sat there for 10 seconds and still had no clue what the city was. I quit before it could reveal itself and then cried because I suck. Recognize.
The Electrifyer Posted July 18, 2004 Report Posted July 18, 2004 This game has made me realise how bad I am in geography.
Art Sandusky Posted July 18, 2004 Report Posted July 18, 2004 I need a laser mouse badly. The ball inside of mine keeps getting stuck and I can't get to the city in time. Wouldn't move from New Orleans to Baku, dammit.
Guest Agent of Oblivion Posted July 18, 2004 Report Posted July 18, 2004 Beirut, Lebanon Odessa, Ukraine Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic Most of my other ones were pretty close. I missed badly in Russia a couple of times. Makes me respect those guys in the missile silos in the 80's. That place is a big motherfucker.
