Did I overpay for a used copy

Recommended Posts

I was at the mall the other day and say it on the selves of the local Electronic Boutique and grabbed it the second I saw it. EB was having 2-for-1 deal so I picked up Dark Forces and Alien Triliogy in the classic old large case.

What I did notice about Castlevania Sotn is that it is nearly the exact same thing as the GBA games. Me likey.

You picked up Castlevania: Symphony of the Night for $20, and you wonder whether you overpaid? Where the fuck is your brain? That game is an Ultra-rare find.

That game used to go for almost $100 factory sealed on eBay. It's an awesome game. Enjoy it.

Even if it's the Greatest Hits he got a good deal. That game is most DEFINITELY worth the money. One of the greatest games of all-time. I play it on my friend's modded X-Box. It runs flawlessly on there....

Half.com actually has used copies for about 12 bucks (before the shipping, though), but even 20 bucks is well worth it.

However, both versions have the ass-looking ugly CGI cover, instead of the gorgeous Ayami Kojima art that is idiotically hidden on the inside.

It's too bad out of all the colors they could choose for GH rereleases, LIME GREEN??!

Heh, anyway, I've lucked out in the past, getting SotN for 10 bucks used and Chronicles for 20 bucks new at EB. Now if Konami will cut this Yugioh and MGS ripoff crap they're doing now and get around to making real games again, maybe they could re-release Rondo of Blood as a CV Chronicles 2.
