Having the jitters for your first start, combined with the fact the ball was flying out bigtime in that series (48 total runs were scored in those 2 games) and you have the making of a bad game. Justin Jones didn't have great numbers, but he's a hardthrowing 20 year lefty with great stuff. Plus, knowing Ryan and the scouting department's record.
