Amish in the City

You think the Amish were stereotypical. On the flipside we had the flamboyant gay guy, the full blooded italian, the ghetto black girl, and the lunatic vegan. IMO, that whole crew is much more out there than the Amish.

Yeah, when that girl said cows were from space, I just about flipped out over the possibility that there are people like that. I mean, I knew there were, but not fairly attractive young women. Mostly old guys holding cardboard signs in the street. :D

Don't forget the girl who acts like she should be on The Real World instead of this show.

Kevan seems to be the most "normal" of that bunch.

OK, I'm finishing watching the second hour of this, and Ariel (the Vegan) is a nut. Which is a shame, because she's hot in a Genevieve Gorder kinda way...

I think they would, since they do, you know, interact with non-Amish people.

I forgot about this show, and meant to see it. I'd like to see if they've got the weird German/Dutch accent that most from PA have (Well, the ones I've encountered anyway). But it sounds wacky!

I think UPN's repeating it today.

Mose has that Wisconsin/UP-ish accent.

Randy sounds like a backwoods hick, which is funny since Miriam doesn't and presumably they grew up in the same community since they did date.

And I think Jonas and Ruth have that accent you're talking about.
