Ugh.

Summerall is still a decent play-by-play man, but the team he's running with right now (Theismann and Maguire) just brings down the entire broadcast.

...and just to note, the Ravens' first-string offense is currently being manandled by the Falcons' third-string defense. Yikes.

Chicago wins 17 seconds into OT, 13-10. The Rams really were lucky to get that far after the Bears dropped a sure TD-Interception on the Rams 8 YD line and dropped a Hail Mary TD pass at the end of the regulation that the Rams coverage foolishly knocked into the air instead of down.

I doubt Michael Vick can will them much farther than an 8-8 season. The Mora family is doomed to mediocrity, I tells ya.

I think the Falcons can do ok. At least Mora won't be trying to use Dunn like a powerback like Reeves had been doing for the last 2 seasons. They have a good receiving core now but that's going to make Vick look even worse when he breaks out for a 5 yd. run when he could've completed a 15 yd. pass.

The sad part about that is that Vick has a fucking cannon for an arm. I mean seriously that guy literally FLINGS passes.

I was impressed by DeAngelo Hall tonight, but the rest of the Falcons' D doesn't seem to have benefitied from switching over from the 3-4.

Keep in ming, Brooking wasn't playing for ATL, nor was most of the starting D-line. So maybe the D has benefitted overall, we just haven't seen their top guys yet.

Vick said he's not cutting his hair until ATL wins a Super Bowl. Well, I hope they make helmets big enough to contain the MASSIVE 'FRO he's going to have for the next few years.
