Because they do, do this... it's just when you compare the RAW low card...to the SD lowcard...you can't tell. While heat does have jobber matches sometimes, most of the time you still have the lowcarders in matches...Rodney/Val, Rosey/Palumbo, Stevie Richards/someone... But yea...
