Guest Vitamin X Report post Posted September 2, 2004 Depends on where you are. Hialeah and Little Havana are just poor areas filled with Cubans, no danger there. Beware of Liberty City, Opa-Locka, Carol City, basically most of North Miami, and Cutler Ridge down south.
