Guest Real F'n Show Posted September 6, 2004 Report Posted September 6, 2004 I noticed on a local UPN affiliate last night that they were showing Wildside and 3PW shows. The 3PW show was an older one I think (main event was X-Pac vs. Sabu) but it was decently entertaining. Wildside was great though, although I only saw the last match (Onyx and Adam Jacobs vs. Jason Cross and some guy I can't remember). Does anyone else get these? Did they just start showing them or have they been on for awhile. I haven't seen much Wildside, but their in-ring product is pretty impressive, even for an hour-long TV show.
Guest DonWestMark03 Posted September 7, 2004 Report Posted September 7, 2004 Wildside has been doing TV for YEARS- I'm not sure exactly how long though, since at least 2001. As a promotion, they just had their 5-Year Anniversary show. They air in about 15 different markets. Unfortunately, their biggest one, Philly, just got dropped because the station there, WGTW, got sold to a religious group and is being turned into a Christian channel. TNA XPlosion and Women's Extreme Wrestling were the other casualties of this sale. If PFL wants to correct me, he can feel free to come on in. Edit: BTW, that 3PW show was REALLY old- that X-Pac/Sabu match is from September 21st, 2002.
Guest Real F'n Show Posted September 7, 2004 Report Posted September 7, 2004 Yeah, I know Wildside's had a TV show for awhile, I just never realized I got it until now (either that, or this station just started airing it.) Anyway, Wildside and 3PW were on both Saturday and Sunday night, followed by Women's Extreme Wrestling (which is horrible) and some kickboxing show that was pretty cool. That's all I watched. I was hoping to see some other indy wrestling or something, but no go.

Guest BobBacklundRules Posted September 8, 2004 Report Posted September 8, 2004 When does the 3PW show air and on what channel?

WGTW had a history of showing indy feds: ROH, CZW, Wildside, MLW, 3PW all had gotten aired at 1 time or another.
Guest Real F'n Show Posted September 9, 2004 Report Posted September 9, 2004 When does the 3PW show air and on what channel? Well in NE Iowa, we get KWWF, a UPN affiliate. So far, here's what I've been able to make of their weekend schedule (all times central time): 6 pm: NWA Wildside 7 pm: 3PW 8 pm: WEW 9 pm: Kickboxing Championship Not sure if there's more wrestling before or after these shows, but this is is what I've seen.
