The Mandarin 0 Report post Posted September 12, 2004 Well, I CERTAINLY wasn't going to start this until I saw Mark Jindrak attempt a hurricanrana off the top and (I think) blow it completely, to LAND ON HIS SKULL. He had to have blown it, it didn't look like Spike pushed him off. Anyways, he managed to finish the match (it had about 20 seconds anyways), but that was UNGODLY. Word has it this next Bashams/FBI match is actually pretty good. Obviously, Nunzio carried it.
razazteca 0 Report post Posted September 12, 2004 Nunzio carries all of the matches because Chuck is no longer on the team.
AnonymousBroccoli 0 Report post Posted September 12, 2004 That was a pretty crazy move. Would've been cool if he'd hit it. Stamboli's hurricane story was sickly amusing too.
The Czech Republic 0 Report post Posted September 12, 2004 Remember when Velocidential would be like 5 pages? Yeah neither do I.
razazteca 0 Report post Posted September 12, 2004 Why watch Velocity when you can watch the how show in 5 minutes minus the matches on the Smackdown Rebound?
Guest BrokenWings Report post Posted September 12, 2004 I thought Jindrak hit the move close enough that Scotty would have sold it regardless, so I wasn't sure if the hurricanrana was meant to hit. The head drop was pretty nasty though. I'd like to see him attempt that some other time, because it'd be a cool move to add to his arsenal.
razazteca 0 Report post Posted September 12, 2004 Did Jindrak land on his head or did Scotty?
Guest BrokenWings Report post Posted September 12, 2004 Jindrak. Scotty was sitting on the top rope, Jindrak lept from a squatting position to the top rope, and immediately went for a hurricanrana but barely touched Scotty, and botched the flip landing right on his head. Afterwards they kind of looked around awkwardly for a couple of seconds before Jindrak got to his feet, Scotty went for a sunset flip and Jindrak held the ropes for the cover. I wish someone would cap it but I doubt anyone actually taped Velocity.
DCMaximo 0 Report post Posted September 12, 2004 Well at least the guy is trying to do something interesting. He was pretty agile in WCW when him and O'Haire were the "big men who do high flying moves" tag-team stuff and it sounds like it would have been awesome if it had hit
