The C Man 0 Report post Posted September 19, 2004 Ok it's a kids-size WWF Smoking Skull Heavyweight belt, complete with grey carry case, and it's in mint condition. I'm thinking that because the WWF is now the WWE that will increase the value of it. With Austin now done with the WWE is the Smoking Skull belt actually still getting made?
