Of course, there were some Kerry supporters in attendance who had no doubts whatever about their candidate.

"We're trying to get Comrade Kerry elected and get that capitalist enabler George Bush out of office," said 17-year-old Komoselutes Rob of Communists for Kerry.

"Even though he, too, is a capitalist, he supports my socialist values more than President Bush," Rob said, before assuring FOXNews.com that his organization was not a parody group.  When asked his thoughts on Washington's policy toward Communist holdout North Korea, Rob said: "The North Koreans are my comrades to a point, and I'm sure they support Comrade Kerry, too."

It is unclear whether the Kerry campaign has welcomed the Communists' endorsement.

Who is Communists for Kerry?

http://www.hellgate.org/disclaimer/

"Communists for Kerry" is a campaign of the Hellgate Republican Club, a tax exempt non-partisan public advocacy "527" organization that exists for the purpose of;

"Informing voters with satire and irony, how political candidates make decisions based on the failed social economic principles of socialism that punish the individual by preventing them from becoming their dream through proven ideas of entrepreneurship and freedom."

Our members help elect candidates who support economic growth through Entrepreneurship, limited government and lower taxes. Communists For Kerry is separate and distinct from the Communist party of America and any of its organization. None of it's members are members of any communist organizations.

There's probably a coordinated effort to make jackasses of the major media, and that's not too bad.

BTW.. Fox isn't fooled by Billionaires for Bush

Candidates aside, at least one viewer reserved his criticism for the debate itself.

"There should have been some advertising, some commercials to generate money for the U.S.A.," said Hugh G. Monument, VII of Billionaires for Bush.

The Bush "supporter" extolled the president's virtues — "What I love about Bush is his money, and his ability to make more money" — but also said that he had increased his ketchup intake as a nod to Kerry and his wife, Teresa.

So why show support for both seemingly night-and-day candidates?

"Darling," he explained, "it's called hedging."

I'm glad to know that Fox News is fair and balanced :)

This, combined with stories like this just make me all tingly inside to hear people like Mike to say that Fox News is less biased than the NYT.

Sadly, they are.

And still by a huge margin.

Tyler.. you were a bit off there

"I will say, honestly, Drudge is about as reliable as the NY Times. Take it as you wish." - Mike, 6/30

And I stand right beside that remark without a second thought.

Well, I don't doubt that. Nor do I doubt the fact that you're a fool.

Spoken like a true expert.

What I liked even more was this. Short form: Carl Cameron, the Fox chief political correspondent following Kerry's campaign, published a bunch of fake parody quotes attributed to Kerry, including "Women should like me! I do manicures!" and "Didn't my nails and cuticles look great? What a good debate!" Fox has taken it off the site and issued an apology, but it was, uh, totally bizarre.

FOX News Channel is owned by Rupert Murdoch, and run by Roger Ailes. You can't get more Right-Wing evil than those two. Add in Ralph Reed, who joined a few years ago, and you've got a veritable cavalcade of evil Right-Wing thugs.

So, if Tyler is an expert, wouldn't that mean he's probably right about Mike?

Well, if you feel taking the word of a fool is worth...oh wait, look who I'm speaking to here. Of COURSE you have no problem taking the word of a fool.

Possibly.. but I guess I would be taking the word of a jackass if I started to believe your posts. ;)

(Tyler is an expert at being a fool.. so in theory, he would be good at identifying fools)

but then again, you're the "everybody but me is stupid" school of thought

Like I've said many times, Mike is the resident forum bully.

Wow, what a train-wreck of a thread. Glad I didn't post in it.

Shit

Oh well -- might as well try to contribute.

Apparently somebody here has never heard of the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review...
