Guest Anglesault Report post Posted October 9, 2004 The funny thing is, after the season, the general idea was that we were kind of getting a new Clemens (Brown) a new Wells (Lieber) and a new Pettitte (Vazquez). Arguably, they would have been the poor man's version of each, but that's not the point. We somehow ended up with a new Jeff Weaver and no new Pettitte.
