Cartman Posted October 17, 2004 Report Posted October 17, 2004 Well the Hawks are pulling a Patriot. Play dead for 3 quarters and just keep it close...then POUNCE in the 4th for the win. Kiss the streak goodbye. You're becoming increasingly more cynical by the day. Relax. Its hardly over. Umm...HELLO! Red Sox fan here...can you blame me???
Guest The Winter Of My Discontent Posted October 17, 2004 Report Posted October 17, 2004 Delhomme sucks grass again. 3rd and Delran. They don't get it. Do we really need you crudding up this thread with a down by down anaylsis. Its fucking annoying.
KingPK Posted October 17, 2004 Report Posted October 17, 2004 I'm glad I didn't play Delhomme this week.

therealworldschampion Posted October 17, 2004 Author Report Posted October 17, 2004 I think Delhomme's contract with Satan officially expired
Guest The Winter Of My Discontent Posted October 17, 2004 Report Posted October 17, 2004 Delhomme's never been worth a damn, ever. The Panthers season was based on luck, Stephan Davis, and the inadequacy of their NFC opponants.
KingPK Posted October 17, 2004 Report Posted October 17, 2004 Knocking McNabb out of the championship game helped.
Guest The Winter Of My Discontent Posted October 17, 2004 Report Posted October 17, 2004 Knocking McNabb out of the championship game helped. I'd chalk that up under both luck and inadequacy of their opponants.
therealworldschampion Posted October 17, 2004 Author Report Posted October 17, 2004 Along with James Thrash being a starting WR
UseTheSledgehammerUh Posted October 17, 2004 Report Posted October 17, 2004 "The Patriots are arguably the best damn football team in at least 10-15 years, don't worry. They'll be okay." Spoken like a true nimrod.
Guest The Winter Of My Discontent Posted October 17, 2004 Report Posted October 17, 2004 Along with James Thrash being a starting WR INADEQUACY!
therealworldschampion Posted October 17, 2004 Author Report Posted October 17, 2004 Nah just plain idiotic
UseTheSledgehammerUh Posted October 17, 2004 Report Posted October 17, 2004 James Thrash = 4th option.
therealworldschampion Posted October 17, 2004 Author Report Posted October 17, 2004 James Thrash = The Waterboy
Guest The Winter Of My Discontent Posted October 17, 2004 Report Posted October 17, 2004 Whats wrong with Brian Westbrook?
UseTheSledgehammerUh Posted October 17, 2004 Report Posted October 17, 2004 Westbrook has been contained by the Panthers quite well today. He was their focus. Unfortunately for the Panthers, they forgot the other various Pro Bowl level guys on defense and offense.
therealworldschampion Posted October 17, 2004 Author Report Posted October 17, 2004 Carolina's done a good job of keeping him in check, then again, they lost focus on Owens and he got 130 yards receiving. Also Thomas and Runyan played like crap today.
Guest Salacious Crumb Posted October 17, 2004 Report Posted October 17, 2004 therealworldschampion, sell me on why the Birds should fear the Browns next week... This was big game this week, they may be flat coming off this game and going on the road. However with how shitty the Browns have been, they should win, but it might be closer than people think. The Pittsburgh game scares me more. Also history is against the Eagles greatly. Chiefs/Bengals last year, Super Bowl bound Packers losing to the 3-13 Colts. A good team always gets knocked out by a bad team. And the Browns have a pretty good defense and know how to shut down good receivers for the most part.
UseTheSledgehammerUh Posted October 17, 2004 Report Posted October 17, 2004 Welcome to Earth, Jacksonville....how was your stay at Grace?
Guest The Shadow Behind You Posted October 17, 2004 Report Posted October 17, 2004 The browns should have had shut the door on Cincinnati by now but they can't. Chad Johnson should send the peptol bistmo to himself next week
therealworldschampion Posted October 17, 2004 Author Report Posted October 17, 2004 Shit there goes the shutout.
UseTheSledgehammerUh Posted October 17, 2004 Report Posted October 17, 2004 TD pass Delhomme to Muhammed.
therealworldschampion Posted October 17, 2004 Author Report Posted October 17, 2004 TD Westbrook 30-8.
Guest The Shadow Behind You Posted October 17, 2004 Report Posted October 17, 2004 Browns are up 31-17. Liked Justin Smith's German suplex on Garcia though.
KingPK Posted October 17, 2004 Report Posted October 17, 2004 Bethel Johnson with a sick catch to put the Pats deep in Seattle territory. They always do this; let the team come back and then do something to put it away. Seattle challenged, and lost a TO.
Guest The Shadow Behind You Posted October 17, 2004 Report Posted October 17, 2004 I believe the Palmer project is offically a bust. It's Kitna time now.
therealworldschampion Posted October 17, 2004 Author Report Posted October 17, 2004 Delhomme throws ANOTHER wounded duck and it gets picked off
KingPK Posted October 17, 2004 Report Posted October 17, 2004 Touchdown Dillon, and this one might be in the books.

They always do this; let the team come back and then do something to put it away. Seattle challenged, and lost a TO. Shouldn't we be used to this by now? The Patriots are the most evil team in football. They let the opponent fans believe they can win and then they just say, "ok, you felt good for a second..time to ruin your week." TD Patriots, Corey Dillon second of the game to go with 105 yards.
