Excuse me, I might be the only one but aren't there alot of people on the indy circuit who deserve a First chance more then Candido deserves a second or third chance. Candido won't be bringing anything special and would only serve as a Velocity or Heat regular. There are plently of younger equally or more talented then Candido is. The only true value Candido has is if Tammy can come back in her 1997 form.

Just watched the TV with Candido's OVW debut last night. Cornette put Candido over huge but the crowd was like "who is this guy?" except for a few people who started some ECW chants.

 

Candido looked okay and looked to be in decent shape but he looked a bit flabby and like he was 40 years old (probably partially due to not taking roids, obviously). Nova was clearly a couple levels above Candido as far as charisma and work.

 

He'll be a good guy for Cornette to have around, anyway.

If they're goign to bring him back, I'd prefer he get put on Smackdown where he's fit in better against the cruisers they have employed there.

 

Frankly, I don't want the Bodydonnas to be reformed. Have "Simon Dean" go out there and try and get the gimmick over on his own, and if it flops, it flops - take him off TV for a few weeks and repackage him as Nova.

 

Candido, if they ARE going to bring him back in, should be given a 'fresh' start, away from the gimmick crap.

But their chances of being hired and being used successful are pretty weak in the current environment. Candido has backstage support so I'd be more inclined to predict he'd get a good spot on Smackdown rather than Velocity/Heat duty than I would for a Christopher Daniels or AJ Styles.
