NFL Week 9

It's still early, but this is how last week's game started, too

The Steelers are too hot, too dominant to give up this lead. If they do eventually lose this game, they'll lose any momentum they got over the past few games.

They're not coming back if they keep giving them 1st downs.

Have you even watched a football game?

The whole team looks like the drizzling shits today, offense and defense. Couple that with the fact that the Steelers are hot right now and this doesn't look good at all.

I also had predicted this game as a loss when the season started, but they should be playing better than this.

My comment is based on something that's happening in the game

Unlike yours, which was just a random statement.

Stating the obvious isn't all that prophetic.

The Eagles aren't coming back.

I said it again.

They can make adjustments at halftime. But by halftime it will be 28-0.

Sure is a good think Duce isn't playing. Otherwise they would have to fear the running game.

Rayburn is the best DLineman outside of Kearse on this team.

Eh, just keep playing the "no one respects us" card, no matter what. Worked for the Pats the last few years.

But knocking off the last undefeated teams in consecutive weeks will make teams phear Big Ben.

At least the Pats scored first last week.......

I don't think they came prepared for the best trio of recievers in the NFL. Even without Duce.

The Eagles have a horrible defense. I had no doubt that Big Ben was going to throw all over the Eagles today.

The ESPN anaylists are so stupid though. They acted like the Eagles defense would magically start playing like the Ravens and contain him. They also said he wasn't a mobile QB. What the hell have they been watching all year?

Thing is, this team is historically terrible when we're the favorites. Happened in 2001, for example. But like, I can't remember our offense ever being this efficient. I have a hard time believing that Ben is the difference between a good team and a bad team, but it's 21-0 against supposedly the best defense in the league...

Believe me, this isn't the best defense in the league, not when you give up a ton of rushing yards each week.

As I told some New England fans on a message board a few days ago...losing to Pittsburgh was not something to be ashamed of.

And if anyone here joined the "Big Bust" crowd during the draft, please enjoy this side of ROTY and a hearty Ha HA from the Steelers.

I would. You haven't sniffed a QB this good since O'Donnell was there. Stewart and Maddox were disasters for the most part. All it was going to take was to get a halfway competent guy that didn't throw as many picks as TDs to turn them around.
