Guest LooneyTune Posted November 8, 2004 Report Posted November 8, 2004 Brock Lesnar at least was good for one thing: Ridding the World of Man-on-Man-Hardcore Holly for a year.
Prophet of Mike Zagurski Posted November 8, 2004 Report Posted November 8, 2004 Yeah and guess what? It was the Smackdown Main Event for the Royal Rumble. I'm sure Brock was happy.
Lil' Bitch Posted November 8, 2004 Report Posted November 8, 2004 Well it was a squash so I'm sure he wasn't complaing too much.
Precious Roy Posted November 8, 2004 Report Posted November 8, 2004 Well it was a squash so I'm sure he wasn't complaing too much. It was part of the reason he left. The 4th member of Eddie's team? BOB HOLLY! It's so obvious! Injuring Carlito Cool was all part of his evil plan to get a PPV bonus! The 4th member of Angle's team? Matt Morgan
Guest krazykat72 Posted November 8, 2004 Report Posted November 8, 2004 It's strange Val was not there, as Edge is married to Val's sister. You should also give credit to sources you stole this from. All "sources" as you put it are clearly identified in each news-bit. Try reading, instead of skimming Banders! Tomko was at the show in Texas alongside Christian. Don't know the name of Edge's new bride, but his first wife was Val Venis's sister Alannah... Edge's new wife is named Lisa. He talks about his first marraige falling apart in his book. He also says he's still friends with Sean Morley despite it. -Paul Jacobi-
EdwardKnoxII Posted November 8, 2004 Report Posted November 8, 2004 Holly again? This guy is worse than Ahmed Johnson for crying out loud. The guy's track record of turning everything bad continues. The difference between Ahmed and Holly is that Holly is pretty much always hurting his guys on purpose.
AndrewTS Posted November 8, 2004 Report Posted November 8, 2004 Holly again? This guy is worse than Ahmed Johnson for crying out loud. The guy's track record of turning everything bad continues. The difference between Ahmed and Holly is that Holly is pretty much always hurting his guys on purpose. And of course, Ahmed was over at one time and seemed to be a midcard draw for a while.
Promoter Posted November 8, 2004 Report Posted November 8, 2004 Bret Hart probably does have a point about being the best ever in terms of not hurting anyone during his career. Hopefully, the minor league doesn't create any more guys like Holly(who is neither a draw or great worker).
