EricMM Posted November 13, 2004 Report Posted November 13, 2004 Um exercise? I bike to and from work everyday which seems to have the lower body pretty lean and machiney... *flex* But uh yeah....... I've started doing some Bench Presses w/ my roommates stuff. I think Agent said something like "Get of that bike and under some weights!" Ok. I can lift a lot more weight now than I could like a few months ago, which is pretty money. Me and my roommate will be putting in a chin-up/pull-up bar in our backyard tomorrow hopefully. What else do you need? Your own body weight is the best weight to lift. I don't wanna be massive at all, just able, just fit.
Big Ol' Smitty Posted November 13, 2004 Author Report Posted November 13, 2004 Pullups are the bee's knees. You can do wide-grip pullups for your lats (back), close grip for arms/back, and reverse (with your palms facing toward you) for your biceps. Just make sure you go all the way up, all the way down, and go down slowly.
EricMM Posted November 13, 2004 Report Posted November 13, 2004 Don't call it a reverse, call it a chin up

Damaramu Posted November 15, 2004 Report Posted November 15, 2004 I used to workout everyday whenever I played rugby. But I've dropped off since then. My weight is still hanging around 250 for some reason though. But I really need to get back into the gym. I used to use that elyptical like there was no tomorrow. You know the thing where you're basically pedaling standing up. I'd put that thing on maximum incline and resistance and go at it for 30 minutes.
