Um exercise?

I bike to and from work everyday which seems to have the lower body pretty lean and machiney... *flex*

But uh yeah.......

I've started doing some Bench Presses w/ my roommates stuff. I think Agent said something like "Get of that bike and under some weights!" Ok. I can lift a lot more weight now than I could like a few months ago, which is pretty money. Me and my roommate will be putting in a chin-up/pull-up bar in our backyard tomorrow hopefully. What else do you need?

Your own body weight is the best weight to lift. I don't wanna be massive at all, just able, just fit.

Pullups are the bee's knees.

You can do wide-grip pullups for your lats (back), close grip for arms/back, and reverse (with your palms facing toward you) for your biceps. Just make sure you go all the way up, all the way down, and go down slowly.

Maxed out 350 lbs on the flat bench.

2 sets for military presses.

3 sets for squats.

2 sets of close grip flat bench presses on a Smith machine.

2 sets of seated shoulder presses on a machine

2 sets of leg extensions.

2 sets of tricep pushdowns.

2 sets of seated calf raises.

2 sets of seated incline presses.

2 sets of 30 sit ups.

I'll be back at the gym this coming Tuesday for Chest, shoulders, and triceps.

I run stairs for 30 minutes some days and 15 minutes others. And I work chest, legs, and arms in the weight room.

I used to workout everyday whenever I played rugby. But I've dropped off since then. My weight is still hanging around 250 for some reason though. But I really need to get back into the gym.

I used to use that elyptical like there was no tomorrow. You know the thing where you're basically pedaling standing up. I'd put that thing on maximum incline and resistance and go at it for 30 minutes.
