Need help with video

So, I'm trying to make a Red Sox 2004 playoffs video by using the streaming video from mlb.com. The problem is that I can't save any of the videos to my computer to make my movie.

 

Is there a way to rip/save/whatever streaming video? I can't find these videos anywhere else, they have exactly what I'm looking for, and I don't know of any way to get them.

 

Help is very appreciated.

What kind of streaming file are we talking about here? Windows Media? QuickTime?

Give this a try, I guess. I found it by googling. I'm on a Mac right now so I can't give you any idea about whether it works or not.
