The Czech Republic Posted November 14, 2004 Report Posted November 14, 2004 I was wondering if there are any programs out there for editing the waveforms of audio files, similar to Nero or CoolEdit. I used to have CoolEdit on my old computer, and I really suppose I could just wait until I go home next Tuesday to do this, but I feel like doing it here. Basically I just need to cut out some stuff on an MP3 of "The Queen Is Dead" because there's a second or so of "Frankly Mr Shankly" at the end, and then some other such hiccup in there that I could remove. So if anyone can lead me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it.
BUTT Posted November 14, 2004 Report Posted November 14, 2004 Goldwave. It's shareware, but it lets you edit MP3's.
Yuna_Firerose Posted November 15, 2004 Report Posted November 15, 2004 I use Audacity...it's at download.com. Totally free.
