I know the obvious, like big changes in physique, roid rage, and acne on the back, etc. Are their any other signs of steroid abuse? Do you guys think that 90-95% of wrestlers (WWE, TNA, major indy guys, foreign wrestlers) are on steroids, or not that much?

Also I heard a Raven interview where he said if you're smart you can use steroids safely...is that true?

Of the WWE crew, I'd say the vast majority are either on steroids or some other supplement, legal or otherwise. Being on the road as often as they are, and with the kind of schedule they keep, it's virtually impossible for anyone but the most superbly genetically gifted people to maintain the kind of physiques we see on tv each week without some kind of chemical aid. And it's even harder to get that level physique in the first place on that schedule. The funny thing is that people have this preconceived idea about that a guy on steroids looks like, so, to them, not as many people would appear to be steroids than they actually are.

And steroids, like pretty much any drug, can be used safely in taken in moderation. If you handle them properly, you can use steroids with the minimum of risk. Not to say that the risk is small, but it's also not as big as people think, at least if you use them sensibly. Some guys using now, once they get off them, if they do, will be less likely to suffer side effects than other guys, simply because they used less of them and used them better. The risk of some side effects of steroids, like an increased susceptibility to muscle tears, can be reduced by not putting on so much mass. It's just a case of being sensible.

Pretty much everyone uses them, but the above mentioned are signs of heavy use of the "roids". Hair loss is thrown in once in a while, but I doubt it, because then every wrestler ever would be bald(ing).

What should I be noticing in the Douglas pictures above?

Also, does anyone have any pre-steroid HHH pics? When he first debuted in 96 he was a lot smaller, but when he returned from injury in 98 he was huge.

Another good example is the Rock. Look at him when he returned and turned heel in 1997, joining the Nation. He's MASSIVE. Then look at him at Wrestlemania 20.

It's probably not the best After pic, but Douglas face has become more angular and hard over the years.

Hunter's weight gain began in early 1998, and it peaked in early 1999. He put on at least 30 pounds of solid muscle. He looks totally different

And The Rock lost weight because he trimmed down due to his acting gigs.

Hunter has done a shit load of blades in the last 5-6 years, so that is most likely the reason for the fucked up brow.

What about using human growth hormones? Brock Lesnar was arrested in 2001 (and released) for what police originally thought were steroids, but I guess they were human growth hormone pills. Are those still really dangerous to take? Side effects?

HHH got even more bloated when he came back from the quad injury, but has lost a lot of that since then.

Look at his hair, he used to have long thick blonde hair.

I noticed that Mr Snitsky has some big backne
