Vern Gagne 0 Report post Posted December 6, 2004 Lightning Flik's like the Philadelphia Eagles of this league. The PF-PA ratio is incredible. Hey know. My PF-PA Ratio is the same as Flik's. St.Louis pisses me off. Bulger or no Bulger, no excuse to not throttle the 49ers at home. 1 TD is inexcusable.
Vern Gagne 0 Report post Posted December 6, 2004 I am finally the best in the league. If I remain best in the league, my mission will be complete for the season, regardless if I win in the post season or not. Compete for one of the best two records in the league. Who you'd play in the 2nd round likely isn't much of a difference. Myself, fully expect to limb into the playoffs.
Lightning Flik 0 Report post Posted December 6, 2004 Lightning Flik's like the Philadelphia Eagles of this league. The PF-PA ratio is incredible. Heh. Yah, its pretty impressive but there are other teams that don't have as great records as I who have the same ratio. Flick, Vern and probably some others. I am finally the best in the league. If I remain best in the league, my mission will be complete for the season, regardless if I win in the post season or not. Compete for one of the best two records in the league. Who you'd play in the 2nd round likely isn't much of a difference. Myself, fully expect to limb into the playoffs. Totally forgot about the bye. Geez, can't believe that little ol' me has won 8 straight. That's so a record for the kkk league. Has to be. I dub my winning streak the offical record of wins in a row. And Vern you never know. I could win all my games, play in the finals against a 10-6 team (let's say they got the WC, so 12-6) and drop the final game to them. I'd be say, 14-2 (15-3), but I'd still have the better record, just no kkk trophy.
kkktookmybabyaway 0 Report post Posted December 6, 2004 On a sidenote, I'm curious to know what the closest is anyone has ever come to having a completely perfect week in terms of making picks? I think Starvenger is the best so far with 14 right last week. Spaceman Spiff had 13 another week. On the flipside, Fazzle "leads" with 2 picks correct, and Bob Barron, Spiff, Swift Terror, SFA Jack, Agent Bond, MD2020 and Cartman have had a 3-point weeks. Geez, can't believe that little ol' me has won 8 straight. That's so a record for the kkk league. Last year Gert was 13-3, but I'm not sure about his winning streaks, and I'm not looking up those stats. Here's the current playoff standings -- I'm only putting up those who are one game out of each conference's last wild card spot. Regular-season tie-breakers are not factored in these standings... AFC Houston Texans (Bored) 8-4 Cincinnati Bengals (Swift Terror) 7-5 San Diego Chargers (Slasher Flick) 7-5 Buffalo Bills (bob_barron) 6-6 Pittsburgh Steelers (Tyler McClelland) 7-5 Cleveland Browns (sfaJack) 6-5 New England Patriots (nl5xsk1) 5-6 Baltimore Ravens (Dr. Tom) 6-6 Tennessee Titans (Chuck Woolery) 6-6 Oakland Raiders (The Bitch) 6-6 Denver Broncos (Canadian Chris) 6-6 NFC Atlanta Falcons (Lightning Flik) 10-2 Green Bay Packers (Vitamin X) 9-3 Arizona Cardinals (Vern Gagne) 9-3 New York Giants (Cartman) 6-5 St. Louis Rams (cerebus316) 7-5 Detroit Lions (bravesfan) 7-5 Chicago Bears (Agent of Oblivion) 7-5 Minnesota Vikings (LaParkaMarka) 6-6 New Orleans Saints (Flyboy) 6-6 San Francisco 49ers (Agent Bond34) 6-6 Seattle Seahawks (Mr. Rant) 6-
CanadianChris 0 Report post Posted December 6, 2004 Well, I think it's official -- I hold all the tiebreakers in the AFC West. Now I just have to make up that pesky one-game deficit. I think Banky has the series lead over you 1-0, but I left my scoresheets at work Friday and won't be able to verify this until Monday. (He beat you last week, but I'm not sure if you two played earlier in the season and I may have made a mistake in posting your Div. records. I doubt I did though.) I beat him back in Week 6. I should have a 4-1 divisional record, with one game left to play against Kansas City.
