Art Sandusky Posted December 4, 2004 Report Posted December 4, 2004 Heard about this on Coast to Coast AM, enjoy.
kkktookmybabyaway Posted December 4, 2004 Report Posted December 4, 2004 Well then it must be true...
DerangedHermit Posted December 4, 2004 Report Posted December 4, 2004 Not only is the Earth hollow, but it has 4 corners.
Art Sandusky Posted December 4, 2004 Author Report Posted December 4, 2004 I actually encourage everyone I know to listen to Coast to Coast AM every night, if they get it. It's such insanely stupid talk from people and "experts," and since it's on late at night you get the giggles either from being up for too long or because you're wasted or something.
kkktookmybabyaway Posted December 4, 2004 Report Posted December 4, 2004 Ugh. I listened to that shit years ago while at work one night, and it was so godawful. And they had like 20 different phone numbers to call. "If you're calling east of the Rockies, dial 1-800-123-1234." "If you're calling west of the Rockies, dial 1-800-123-1235." "If you're calling north of the Rockies, dial1-800-123-1236." "If you're calling south of the Rockies, dial 1-800-123-1237." "If you're calling from overseas, dial 1-800-123-1238." "If you're calling from a cell phone, dial 1-800-123-1239." "If you're calling from a spaceship, dial 1-800-123-1230." "If you're calling from the center of the earth, dial 1-800-123-1240." "If you're calling from the 7-11 down the street, dial 1-800-123-1241..."
MrRant Posted December 4, 2004 Report Posted December 4, 2004 Don't forget their new listener number. I used to listen to that show all the time when I was driving home. I miss Art Bell.
Slayer Posted December 4, 2004 Report Posted December 4, 2004 Ugh. I listened to that shit years ago while at work one night, and it was so godawful. And they had like 20 different phone numbers to call. Phil Hendrie mocks this fact whenever he does his complete CTC show parody
Art Sandusky Posted December 4, 2004 Author Report Posted December 4, 2004 Phil Hendrie is the shit sometimes, when he's not doing actual commentary on some contemporary issue.
kkktookmybabyaway Posted December 5, 2004 Report Posted December 5, 2004 I don't get him in my area, but I hear those f'n Corta-Slim commercials every 10 minutes on the radio. "Hi, I'm Phil Hendrie and I, too, am a *insert name of talk show currently on the air that he's doing a commercial on* fan. Hey, I just lost 20 pounds on this product I think you ought to try out..."
Art Sandusky Posted December 5, 2004 Author Report Posted December 5, 2004 I love when he says "You're already listening to Rush, so I know you're a smart person," or something to that effect.
kkktookmybabyaway Posted December 5, 2004 Report Posted December 5, 2004 Yeah. He says he's always been a "Rush fan" and says something like "his audience always expects straight talk." I haven't heard that one in a while. He had a script for Glenn Beck's show, and there were a few times Beck played it on his show and goofed on it...

That post just gave me the most awesome Déjà Vu.
