Guest sek69 Report post Posted December 12, 2004 I was afraid all through season three that they would go all Russo on us and pull a SHOCKING SWERVE~! since the season premiere didn't really make it clear if Nate was dead or not. I still get a bad feeling that sometime in the next (and final) season it's going to be revealed that Nate did die from the brain surgery and everything that happened since was in some kind of alternate reality. The way nearly every character's life has spiraled since then just makes it seem like a set up for a "it never happened" swerve at the end. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
1234-5678 0 Report post Posted December 12, 2004 I am pretty sure Alan Ball said something like Nate did die, but when he was brought back during the surgery, and when he opened that casket in his hallucination, that was him choosing that reality to return to.
