Dude, quit acting like such a badass. Its common knowledge Chevy Chase fucked his back up doing all those pratfalls on SNL, and its also common knowledge he had a drug and alcohol problem due to his constant back pain.

 

In fact, if you read the book "Live From New York" pretty much everyone who worked with Chevy on SNL said that any time he came back to host the show in the 90s and 00s he was always hurting and he was a dick to everyone. He's pretty much on the "don't come back" list now for asking a female staffer to blow him the last time he hosted the show.

The "unoffical bullshit book" you refer to is Live From New York, which is mainly everyone who's ever been on SNL telling stories about their time on the show. The fact that you dismiss it as speculation because it went against the magazine interviews that I'm sure were nothing more than PR shows more than anything what a clueless dumb shit you are.

 

I don't claim to be an expert on Chevy fucking Chase. I'm someone who's a big fan of SNL for a long time and I've read a lot on the show and almost everyone who has been on the show the same time as Chevy has a negative opinon of the guy.
