gWIL 0 Report post Posted January 2, 2005 I'm personally sick of all the fire all the crappy workers and then hire all Smark favorites. So I'm booking with a not so great roster. Sting, RVD, Orton, Booker T are my most famous workers. As of now I'm only going to post PPV results with paragraph descriptions of why they are happening. Alright its 06, the WWE is struggling in ratings and the brand split has ended. In order to create interest he gives independent broker Ted Nemeth control over the contracts of many WWE stars and the timeslots for Heat and Velocity. He has no control over anything but didn't guve Nemeth many good workers in order to make the WWE look better. Nemeth then signed Sting and Vader feeling that he needed a couple more faces. Here is the roster... Al Snow: Hardcore Veteran (Face) Big Show: Huge (Face) Booker T: Sucka (Face) Bubba Ray Dudley: Hardcore (Heel) Carlito Caribbean Cool: Cool (Heel) Daniel Pruder: Legitimate Athlete (Face) Danny Basham: JBL Flunkie (Heel) Doug Basham: JBL Flunkie (Heel) D-Von Dudley: Hardcore (Heel) Garrison Cade: Young and Cocky (Heel) Gene Snitsky: Unstoppable Monster (Heel) Heidenreich: Unstable (Heel) Jesus: Thug (Heel) John “Bradshaw” Layfield: Rich (Heel) John Cena: Rapper (Face) Josh Matthews: Young, Inexperienced (Face) Kenzo Suzuki: Japanese (Heel) Mark Henry: World’s Strongest Man (Heel) Mark Jindrak: Perfect (Heel) Maven: Disaffected Youth (Heel) Randy Orton: Arrogant (Face) Rene Dupree: French (Heel) Rob Conway: French Canadian (Heel) Rob Van Dam: Show Stealer (Face) Rosey: Super Hero (Face) Shannon Moore: Extreme (Face) Sting: Legend (Face) Sylvain Grenier: French Canadian (Heel) Val Venis: Ladies' Man (Face) Orlando Jordan: JBL Flunkie (Heel) Vader: Unstoppable (Face) as well as all the WWE ladies Face: Candace Christy Ivory Lilian Garcia Lita Maria Stacy Keibler Victoria Joy Michelle McCool Miss Jackie Torrie Wilson Heel: Trish Stratus Dawn Marie Amy Weber First PPV is coming
gWIL 0 Report post Posted January 2, 2005 Umm yeah here is the first TV show (not PPV), so I lied Ultimate Wrestling Alliance Presents UWA SPEED (formerly Velocity) Joey Styles welcomes us to the first ever (!) UWA show. The set is semi modern with a triangle shaped screen, on the two sides of the screen are entrance ways which lead down to a single ramp. He also talks about the fact that tonight in the main event the newly created UWA Championship will be on the line! In a 20 man battle royal, in which the last four wrestlers left will then face in a Fatal Four- Way match for the title. Match #1: Mark Henry vs Daniel Pruder There are apparently 5 minute limits for all nontitle matches, there is a clock counting down on the lower left corner of the screen, Pruder starts with some decent brawling that Henry just shrugs off. Henry then hits a bodyslam which he follows up with a decent looking spine buster. Daniels makes it to his feet and hits a dropkick! Which in a big surprise Henry no-sells it. 3 count em' 3 dropkicks later, Pruder knocks down Henry. He goes up top, but Henry stops him and goes up to the top rope with him and hits a powerbomb off the second rope, which only gets a 2. Pruder stands up and has no clue where he is. Henry hits a big clothesline which gets a 2. Pruder gets up again and legsweeps Henry and locks on a leg lock of some sort. After a little while Henry makes it to the rope JUST as the 5 minute time limit expires. BUT apparently there are ringside judges! They award it to Mark Henry as Pruder goes nuts. Decent, short match. 6/10 for effort. (Note: I rate TV matchs easier than PPV matches.) Winner: Henry by Judge’s Decision Commercial Break Match #2: Shannon Moore vs Gene Snitsky Wow, this should be great! Not! Snitsky with a right hand to Moore which he follows with a huge piledriver. It looked brutal. He doesn’t pin Shannon Moore instead picks him up for a bodyslam, but Shannon slides out the back, kicks Gene in the back of the knees. Snitsky turns around but Shannon manages to hit a DDT. Snitsky gets MAD! He grabs a ringside chair and nails the ref and then nails Shannon repeatly with it. Big Show runs out from the locker room and demands that Snitsky pick on some one his own size. Show chokeslams Snitsky. Great a Show/Snitsky fued, just what the world was wanting. But in a neat little swerve, Jon Heidenreich runs in and manages to bodyslam Show. The ref wakes up and states that all 4 of the men are BARRED from the UWA battle royal. All four, even Shannon are cuffed by the police. Great finish in the 2nd match of the 1st show. Shannon is however given the victory. 4/10 for the whole ordeal. Winner: Shannon Moore (!) By DQ Commercial Break Match #3: UWA Battle Royal Wrestlers include: Booker T, Rob Van Dam, Rene Dupree, JBL, Orlando Jordan, Sting (!),Randy Orton, John Cena, Mark Jindrak, Maven, Mark Henry, Val Venis, Josh Matthews, Rosey, Daniel Pruder, Al Snow, Garrison Cade, The Dudley Boyz, Rob Conway, Jesus. Elimination come WAY to fast to keep up with. Seriously all but the final four are eliminated within like 2 minutes. JBL, Sting, Rene Dupree and Randy Orton are the final 4. This like wasn’t even a match. No rating. Commercial Break Segment: Joey Styles is in the ring with the Divas, who are in bikinis and holding signs displaying the fact that the first ever PPV, A New Beginning, is soon. However problems arise and the divas begin brawling. The ring starts to clear as we go to… Commercial Break Match #4: Main Event: UWA Championship: Sting vs Randy Orton vs JBL vs Rene Dupree. In terms of having a champion, no matter who wins the company is off to a bad starts. You’ve got over the hill Sting, freaking Bradshaw, I mean does anybody really want another JBL title reign the WWE reigns where enough, Dupree: Evil French midcarder, and the struggling to stay over Randy Orton. It scary, when the company’s best choice, is at this point, Bradshaw. In this match the wrestlers must tag in and out. Orton and Dupree start. Dupree slams Orton down and goes up to the top rope and hits a flying elbow which gets only a 2. Dupree attempts a spine buster, but in a neat spot, Orton gets Orton gets out off it in midair and hits a neck breaker. Dupree stands, only to be Irished whipped into the ropes by Randy Orton who throws him in the air for a body press slams, but hits an RKO while Dupree is still in the air. That gets a 3. Dupree is GONE! JBL in, but from the crowd comes Carlito Caribbean Cool, who gets on the ring apron and spits apple in Orton’s eye. JBL hits a low blow and then a roll up for the 3. Orton and Carlito brawl outside the ring which ends with CCC hitting Randy with a DDT. Carlito grabs a mic and says that’s what happens to people who are not cool. In the ring Sting accidentally clotheslines the ref. This leads to Orlando Jordan, The Basham Brothers and strangely enough the Dudley Boyz getting in the ring, they all proceed to beat down Sting. They clear out and JBL hits Sting with the clothesline from Hell. The ref wakes up to count 3. JBL poses with the belt as the show fades to black. 7/10 for an entertaining high energy little bout. Winner and NEW UWA Champion: JBL by pinfall. Overall: Although the match quality wasn’t all that great the quickness of show made it a lot of fun. Thumbs in the middle. gWIL 0 Report post Posted January 2, 2005 UWA NEWS: *Speed garnered a 2.9 rating, which both the chief executive Ted Nemeth and Spike TV are pleased with. It is expected to drop a little then even out at around a 2.6. *Vader is expected to debut soon and have an angle with Show. No word on if he will be feuding against Show or teaming with him. *The ‘New Beginning’ Pay Per View will happen in just 3 weeks. Sting VS JBL is expected to headline. The semi main event will be Carlito Cool vs Randy Orton. No word on what Cena will be doing although it will probably involve Mark Jindrak as he is the person that eliminated Cena. UWA is also taking steps to have a cage available for ‘New Beginning’ which will be held at a smallish venue in Chicago.

gWIL 0 Report post Posted January 2, 2005 UWA Hour of Destruction (Formerly Heat) Joey Styles welcomes us once again to the UWA, he announces that the main event will be a six man tag team match. The team of Carlito Cool, Mark Jindrak and Gene Snitsky will take on the team of Randy Orton, John Cena and “The Legendary” Sting. I like that they are doing a legend gimmick for Sting, I dislike the fact that he is main eventing. The wrestler that gets the pinfall in that match will be named #1 contender. Also tonight two first round tournament matches for the eXtreme Championship. Plus super double bonus: Mark Henry will be in action! That should be great. Match #1: eXtreme Championship: Tournament match: Bubba Ray Dudley vs Al Snow Apparently all eXtreme Championship matches are held under Raven’s Rules as Micheal Buffer would say ‘which means there are no rules.’ I always thought that to be wrong, I mean wouldn’t match ends by pinfall would be a rule? ANYWAY, hardcore rules, and 15 minute time limits rather than five. They aren’t ripping off TNA Impact at all. I am shaking from excitement. Bubba Ray has on a JBL t-shirt. Al Snow starts by immediately hitting Bubba with a chair to the head. Which he follows up with four more chairshots. But that only gets a short two. Bubba gets up and manages to slug Al Snow with a right hand. He then hits an AWESOME looking Death Valley Driver. It was sick and blows away Cena’s F-U. Bubba goes out side and gets a table. He sets up the table next to the ring. Bubba gets back in the ring and grabs Snow, he pulls him outside and they are both on the ring apron, Bubba picks him up and power bombs Snow into the table. Neat little spot there. Bubba rolls Snow back into the rings, as these matches are apparently not falls count anywhere. He gets a long two. Everybody, myself included, bought that as the finish.Bubba hits a nice running powerslam onto the chair that was in the ring, that gets the 3. Not bad, kinda fun. 6.5/10. Winner: Bubba Ray, who advances to the next round. Commercial Break We come back to a recap of JBL winning the UWA Championship. JBL is backstage, flanked by Orlando Jordan, The Basham Brothers, The Dudley Boyz, and Amy Weber. He presents the Dudley Boyz as his Tactical Operations Unit. Right. He brags about being champion, and then says it doesn’t matter who the #1 contender is, he will destroy them all. Val Venis walks by and asks if he is SO confident how about a title match, next week. JBL agrees to have one if he can pick the ref. Venis agrees then clocks Orlando. Hmm, maybe a push is in store for Morley? I hope so. He is probably UWA’s best worker. Match #2: Val Venis vs Jon Heidenreich (Note: I refer to Venis as Morley often as does Joey Styles, for what ever reason.) Heidenreich shoves Venis to starts. Which he follows up with a wait for it… wait for it…Bearhug! Just what the match needed, a resthold within the opening seconds. However a video starts playing on the titan tron. It feature lots of orange and black, at the end the name VADER is formed. Morley escapes the bearhug because Heidenreich is distracted by the video. Morley hits a nice drop kick, goes up top and hits the Money Shot for the pinfall. Awesome, Morley won. Match was non-existant though, 2/10 rating. All 2 because Morley won. Winner: Sean Morley by pinfall. Commercial Break Match #3: eXtreme Championship: Tournament match: Rob Conway vs Rosey Apparently this is an eight man tournament, also including Rob Van Dam (I predict a title reign), Jesus, Shannon Moore, and Maven. What a talent pool. Conway destroys Rosey with a brutal shot to the head using the ringside bell. Rosey is BUSTED OPEN bad. The ref stops the match which he awards to Conway. He makes an X symbol and Rosey looks hurt legit. A ton of trainers come and take him away from the ring. Wow, hope Rosey is okay, that looked bad. Not rating this. Winner: Rob Conway by referee stoppage. We then hurry to a… Commercial Break We come back to several replays of the sick shot to Rosey’s head. The divas are in the ring with Joey Styles. There were obviously rushed out there to take up time. He announces that at ‘A New Beginning’ there will be a Diva fashion elimination contest, whatever that is. Much like last night, it degrades into a big brawl and we head to yet another commercial. Commercial Break Match #4: Mark Henry vs Steven Carlson Carlson is definitely a jobber. Which is fine, because Henry just destroys him in like 5 seconds and his big finish is remotely cool, Henry goes up top and hits a big splash. 2/10 for the splash. Henry then grabs a mic and issues the ULTIMATE challenge! Oh god no. He will fight anyone that is a former World Champion. Ahh, I hope this not going in the direction I think it is. I mean what WARRIOR, I mean wrestler will fight him. Yuck. Winner: Mark Henry by Pinfall. Match #5: Mark Jindrak, Gene Snitsky, Carlito Cool vs Randy Orton, John Cena, Sting Joey Styles won’t shut up about how legendary Sting is. We get it! Cool and Orton lock up to start. Cool gets out and bites into his apple, which leads to Cena coming in and choking him. Cena gets apple in his eye. The ref gets Cena out of the ring. Jindrak starts posing. Cena who apparently just can not control his rage, goes out and takes out Jindrak in an attempt to get revenge for Jindrak eliminating him. The ref then ejects Cena and Jindrak from the match and sends them to the back. Cool. But because we can’t have real match on TV the Vader video plays as Snitsky is in the Ring who Carlito tagged out to. Snitsky stares at the screen and Big Show runs in from the crowd and chokeslams Snitsky. Jon Heidenreich comes out to help Snitsky and the three brawl, as VADER comes running, while waddling, down the aisle. Vader helps Show and they four brawl to the back, leaving Carlito Cool vs Sting and Randy Orton. That’s hardly fair. Sting in, hits a Stinger Splash. He goes for a second but hits only pole. Sting falls backwards onto the ref and then rolls out of the ring. Carlito brings a chair into the ring gives it to Randy Orton, then wakes up the ref who then ejects Orton. Wow, ripping off Eddie Guerrero. Sting gets in the ring, knocks down Cool and looks on the Deathlock which gets the submission victory. Winner: Sting by Submission Overall: Wow, crash TV is coming back. Fun show.
