Precious Roy Posted January 7, 2005 Report Posted January 7, 2005 Am I crazy, or did that look like an Ultimate Warrior tease on Impact today???!?!
Guest JebusNassedar Posted January 8, 2005 Report Posted January 8, 2005 It's not Warrior. It is, supposedly, the return of Ryan Wilson (El Leon or whateverthefuck) as Titus.
Guest Desperate Housewife Posted January 8, 2005 Report Posted January 8, 2005 I don't give seven flying fucks about TNA, but Im pretty sure that Ryan Wilson is Titus, and that Gran Apolo was El Leon
Corey_Lazarus Posted January 8, 2005 Report Posted January 8, 2005 ^Bingo. They cut Kevin Northcutt, who showed a lot of potential, and kept the guy that everybody in the back wanted to smack around for not knowing a headlock from a headband.
Masked Man of Mystery Posted January 9, 2005 Report Posted January 9, 2005 It can't be any worse than if they bhad signed the Ultimate Warrior. THAT would have single handedly killed TNA ON THE SPOT. The feed would just die, and there would be a message on the scrren saying that the wrestling promotion you were just watching has filed for bankruptcy. I know they're screwed as it is, but this would sped it up that mucgh.

Masked Man of Mystery Posted January 9, 2005 Report Posted January 9, 2005 Oh, certainly, when I saw it I was like OH MY GOD, they actuallu had the balls/stupidity to sign Ultimzate Warrior
2GOLD Posted January 9, 2005 Report Posted January 9, 2005 I knew it wasn't Warrior, the promo would have lasted 40 minutes and we'd have seen lots of stupid trees. I thought it was Christopher Daniels from the jacket shape. Is the guy any good?
King Cucaracha Posted January 9, 2005 Report Posted January 9, 2005 I thought it was Christopher Daniels from the jacket shape. Is the guy any good? Yeah, for a Shotgun jobber. Calls himself the Fallen Angel apparantly... The guy we're talking about certainly isn't good.
2GOLD Posted January 9, 2005 Report Posted January 9, 2005 Yeah, I meant the guy playing Titus or whatever. The Fallen Angel rules the planet.
Guest LooneyTune Posted January 10, 2005 Report Posted January 10, 2005 Ryan Wilson is what I would consider the winner of the 2004 El Gigante Award... absolute WORST WRESTLER ALIVE TODAY to be on a PPV.
Zack Malibu Posted January 10, 2005 Report Posted January 10, 2005 Like Laz said, Northcutt was the more impressive of the two, but Wilson has Hogan's backing (to the point where Wilson has debuted in Japan using the Mr. America gimmick with Hulk's blessing). Originally the role of Titus was to be a bodyguard/enforcer for Johnny Fairplay. My guess is this would lead to him taking the "heel hoss" spot left open by Abyss.
