I'm surprised a Dutchman opposes smoking anything, by the way. Someone's not embracing their culture to its fullest.

I don't smoke around non-smokers. I understand that those people don't want to be around it. It's mostly just when I'm in people's houses, though, since indoor smoking in public places is outlawed in California.

To add to the 100's discussion earlier, men who smoke 100's look femme as fuck, and are inviting themselves to much derision, and a possible stomping.

 

I had a roommate who used to smoke 100's, and if I ever bummed one off him I'd either cut a 3/4 inch or whatever off the end, or just bust down the whole thing and roll it in a paper.

 

My advice to 100 smokers who like that they last longer: SMOKE AMERICAN SPIRITS! They'll burn longer than ANY 100 you can find, fuckers will burn for 10 minutes if you're sleeping on it, they're organically produced (none of those nasty chemicals and foreign substances that are the worst thing about brands like Marlboro and Camel), just pure delicious tobacco

I love Periques, but I only know of a few places that sell them, so I usually just get the blues.

 

American spirit pouches will save you a ton of cash though, if you don't mind rolling your own (which I don't).

 

And what is it, 10 packs in a carton? $6 and 5 UPCs (of any brand) isn't bad when you figure it would cost close to $60 for all those packs

All the other stuff aside, if someone's dumb enough to condemn someone for not smoking, they deserve to be treated like shit, even if someone first makes the mistake of harrassing said person forsmoking.

 

That being said, although rude reactions to smoking bother me, it's not something that I'm going to get all worked up about. I got my own little bit of satisfaction at the Warped Tour as the Truth people offered free shit for throwing out your cigarettes, and I simply lit one up, smiled, and waved as I walked by. Those people are just as bad as the fucks who push religion on people (and that's coming from someone who is... well, semi-religious).

Maybe, but I guess that would just mean they're targeting folks who already smoke quite a fair amount as is. I've maybe gone through 2-3 packs in the past 8 months or so. Before then, I probably was around a pack every couple weeks or so (every payday meant gas + cigs). It'd still amount to roughly $36 before you get a carton. Maybe if they offered the carton for 2 UPC's (which, in some states, would come out to about $10.. here in Florida, about $7-8) it'd be more reasonable.
